A small error, in your excel table in the beginning, the Vmpp should consistently go down for rising T, which your values don't do. Mine did when I put my values for Ir and T in Simulink, so I think there must be a mistake somewhere in your simulation. In one of your first videos, I remember you forgot to change an adder you copied into a subtraction, so maybe that same error is still there in the background.
