- My most recent build,a shovelhead chopper,5 speed trans,Primo belt drive,performance machine brakes,I made the frame and forks,oil tank,seat pan, pipes,handlebars and a bunch of other parts.

Nothing beats the sound of the shovelhead, had a 76 Superglide too long ago. Everybody wants to hate on A.M.F. but if you did'nt mind a little wrenching these were great bikes.

This bike is now for sale,it should be on E-bay soon.It has to go finance my next project,I have enjoyed riding it,as it is a blast to ride. Not the machine of choice for shy people,you will get lots of attention,but you will never lose it in a sea of stock Harleys,that's for sure.
I had a 66' shovel before AMF,, but all shovels sound the best,, Kind pf like a DETROIT diesel,, every body hated them too.
