brilliant! honesty is so refreshing: yes, you love your kids to death, but it doesn't mean caring for them isn't mind numbing
Children are the devil
@Cian MacGana What do you mean?
@Cian MacGana lol c’mon the whole point is that it’s hella relatable to parents in the audience
@Cian MacGana comedy is therapeutic tf you mean
Spot on. I'm surprised some pillock hasn't critized Jen Brister or sent Social Services round for bad parenting!!
😂 OMG the shoot in head at the end
😂 tears streaming down my face
actually full on laughed out loud and for long, wow captivatingly executed.
Excellent sound effect 😂
When people ask me why I don't want kids I'ma stop explaining I'll just show them this clip lol
I totally feel you. It will end the explanation THEY want to hear lol.
if uv been a shitty person urself its obvious that u definitely dont want kids
its also really good if crap people dont have kids, natural selection at work
Fair enough hahaha. Mine is almost 3 and has to go through most of the narcissistic phases still. Wish me luck lol
@@Royalmitch1109 pro tip ,indoctrinate him/her with left wing propaganda to make it worse!
I didn't realize she was back! Jen is one of my favorites
My cat does this too! She climbs to the top of the scratching post and yowls until somebody tells her what a good climber she is. Then she’s happy and you can walk away 🤣
Don’t even have kids and I screamed the house down at this🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Could not be more true!! Brilliant 🤣🤣
The playground closest to me here in Brussels has a bar with panoramic windows allowing full view of the park.
I GOT MY WISH !!!!! Saw her on Mock the Week and wished to see more of her.
Thank you almighty benevolent internet and your agent youtey
Praise the Code
I've got a 2 year old daughter, so I've got all this to come, what joy 🤣🤣
Accurate... Painfully accurate.
Estiben ( Steven in Spanish ) she's soooooo funny, I love her ❤️
Love her!!!
just brilliant 😄😄😄. thanks for the good laugh. I so can relate to this.
she´s got clearly the Spanish rage in a funny way :)
🤣🤣🤣. This is spot on
I live in Spain where I brought up my kids. Your mother will know that every playground, in Málaga at least, has a quisco that sells ice cream and beer. plenty to do here 🤗
She is GENIUS
How can you ever get bored of " LOOOOOK MUMMY, LOOOK " every 20 sec for several hours at the time. Idk 🤷🏻♀️
I also don’t get how my mum did it with 4 of us and that’s exactly what I’m like at the park 😂
That’s what makes dog parks better than playgrounds - everyone has a drink and when a dog shits at least they’re not wearing pants
This is my life right now and its not even my kid 🙄
This is why i prefer cats, the worst they do is kill things but they do it so cutely
OMG so funny. I needed this laugh
@Cian MacGana Once you find your ass a sense of humor.
@Cian MacGana Please wake me up when you find out.
this is the reason why people say women are bad at comedy
She is brilliant ❤
God she is so funny and talented and also gorgeous. In five years, god willing, I will be Jen Brister’s second wife. What happened to the first wife? Nothing you can prove.
Brilliant, hilarious!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤
Me saco las palabras de la boca 😂😂😂😂😂😂
This woman. I Love her.
u love the fact that shes bad at comedy? weird
@@yup001 you* she’s* plus thousands of people disagree with you
@@zigazig-ah7847 but billions agree sooo.
looking after my little sister in a playground was the most exhausting thing we ever did together and then she nearly pissed herself bc she forgot she wants to pee until she couldn’t hold it in anymore
Absolutlely brilliant!
I only heard about Jen after listening to Geoff Norcott’s podcast.
She’s great!
as an adult with no kids its really opened my eyes and i really do have sympathy knowing you parents must be out of your mind with boredom at a park 😂
Love herrrrrr!
Hate comes from intimidation, love comes from appreciation. ..
Well this was pretty amazing
u have some really low standards
🤣🤣🤣🤣omg I'm dying, I have twins and this is spot on
This is great
Look at me look at me Look at me look at me Look at me look at me Look at me look at me😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol I used to do this to my mum 😂
I've got 4 😂 AND we CHOOSE to homeschool 😅 I also hate playgrounds. 😂 My eldest are 6 and 7 too... and they do my absolute head in! I love them all so much though
So true🤣😂🤣😂
Cristina P was my fave comedian but this chick might be my new fave
I wish you would do more to watch with your friend . You both haven’t been on for a long time
Wow amazing Vidio ✋ thank for sharing this Vidio ✋ greeting from Indonesian traditional gold sheeker 🇲🇨✋👍
What episode and season is this
brilliant and so funny! yet, i can't help but wonder, why do we still do it? why do we still bring them there? why do we answer "yeah I am watching"? why don't we teach them to leave us alone and go make friends? why don't we just say "if you talk to me, we go home and watch a horror movie"? hahaha
😂😂😭😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂
I thought I was the only mom thinking tome standstill at playgrounds
😂😂
At last, a funny wooooman
HAHA...
the idea of parents monitoring their children is completely foreign to me. my mom worked, we had house keys, during the summer once a week she would dump us on the high street with a few pennies and return after work to pick us up. we never got kidnapped we never got in trouble for stealing or vandalism. otherwise, we were out the door after breakfast and didn't return until dinner at sundown.
thing about kids, if you break one or it quits working all together, you can always make another one or there are plenty of ready mades available in your local orphanages.
When i was 16, I left Paris on a 10pm train, and came home to N London (train, ferry, train, tube, and a mile walk), opened the front door at 3pm, and found my mother in the kitchen.
She looked up and said "Oh it's you."
same, once you're able to walk, you go outside by yourself, no one is monitoring you. You know what time to come home and that's it.
I've just read her Wikipedia page. Mentions her partner had twins.
Narrative of Self is the result of a feedback loop between “Separate Self” & Cosmos 🎈
'Has time stood still?!!' neat gin shed, yes please!
Can't relate. I love spending time with my toddler at the playground.
There's always one isn't there.
That laughing track lol
No she's literally in front of an audience. It's called Live At The Apollo for a reason.
@@seahouse_cosplays4779 lol 😂 It’s amazing how all the laughs sound the same with no deviation. They have done laughing tracks before xD

I dodged a bullet…..
Just drink
Egyszerű ! Egy pofázós hülyét túlfizetni !
Aha ...this is abuse.
Not once did my parents take me to a park.. old nuff to go to school well old nuff to go find the local park (literally find as your parents nvr took you there!) and stay there lol oh the joys of being raised a feral gen'x
Calm down it is a JOKE. Good lord.
she is not very keen on being a mother...it must be her wife who wanted kids LOL LOL
Now I know why I got abused. I was boring and annoying.
When does the comedy start?
Turn on GB News!!!
When she gets off the stage.
Oh, this guy's so clever. "When does the comedy start?" That's so clever mate
Aren’t you running late for a jimmy carr gig mate ?
Kids aren’t for everyone! I enjoyed when they were lil… but they grow up and toss u aside. All the doting isn’t worth a damn I’m with some kids
Good enough comedians have good material and deliver it well.
Great comedians have charm.
Ms Brister doesn't even have good material.
Kinda funny, but it sounds like she raised her kids 10-15 years ago before smart phones and 5G were a thing - these days you can do or watch anything you want so its not boring. I mean, you can literally listen to your favorite song while playing online poker if you want - no need to be bored.
You can't be seen using your phone, you've got to be monitoring!
Funny-ish. Not great.
There speaks a bloke with no kids. 😂
Yes, I hate children too...
Awe l love her ❤️🌈🇦🇺lol lol
That's called gravity, grow up! 😂😂😂
poor kid… the kid is not a narcissist, they just don’t have anybody to play with …
She has two kids. They are twins.
I'm on the fence with this. Yes, of course it's exhausting sometimes, but, also of course, you have to see what's behind their demands for your attention. It's important for them, they're kids, they have to do that, they're prorgammed to do that. And as a parent it's your duty to effing cope with it and support your kids.
If it was merely for comedy I wouldn't have a problem but I see this all around: parents having problems to do the very least, the very basics.
And the reason is imo that people can't make sacrifices anymore, they freak out when they have to take a step back and think of others and do something for others.
Our sense of duty has vanished/diminished and it's all become very hedonistic. Me, me, me, me, me and GOD forbid someone wants us to do something for others!
There's also a tendency for parents to assume sinister motives and sophisticated manipulation on the part of their kids. They can't do that yet, they're too young! And if you feel that way it's not their fault. It's YOUR perception.
And finally, many parents aren't anymore capable of being benevolent authories. They're either no authority at all and don't manage to set healthy boundaries and say "no" or they can only be an authority via unsuitable and damaging means.
So, in short: I can't really laugh at that because I fear it might encourage young parents to take a false and dangerous viewpoint.
I know it's meant to be some sort of relief so that they don't feel guilty for being stressed but for that it should have some additional elements, some unmistakable twist.
I drove my son to school for an evening concert. He was playing, and I was excited to watch him.
I heard a woman complaining that it was such a nuisance, to have to take her son to the school, and then have to go back to pick him up!
It's exhausting but I loved watching mine grow up.
Agree 100%
Couldn't be any less funny 🤷🏻♂️
Only you say that. EVERYONE else love her.
Annoying. Not funny
She should try fart joKes her act stinKs
Ah BBC comedy in the era of woke. Talentless, boring, corporate shilling, and pathetic. Not funny, not clever, not cool... just lame cringy rubbish that makes me ashamed to be British.
What did this set have to do with wokeness 😭🤣
You didn’t even watch the clip,. You just saw who the comedian was and wrote a comment. This wasn’t woke comedy.
I agree with this almost completely except for the BBC part, they still occasionally make funny comedy.
@@AprilRules Now you're being silly. I watched the whole clip (in the hope of laughing), and I agree - talentless and boring etc.
@@ellster127 It's not her thing that's woke, it's the fact that the BBC picked her.
The canned Laughter is hysterical,Her performance was poor. From my experience in comedy clubs her shows were lackluster. She joins the very long queue of alleged comedians who despise live performances and desperately desire the Big Money TV gig
😂😂😂
