Your outfit is lovely and feminine! I received an Arabian Oud fragrance for Christmas and I was so impressed I'm looking to try more from this house. From your description, both of these fragrances sound like two I'd equally love to try.
Madawi gold is a lifer! Love it. I don’t have the original madawi, but I’d like to get it one day.
It's definitely a lifer. It was because of that I got the OG Madawi but I still prefer the Gold version slightly over the OG.

I bought both at 50% at Arabian Oud in Bahrain a year ago. Gold blows the OG out of the water for me. The scent is long-lasting when I spray on the back of my lotioned hands. Gold and Amouage Guidance are my two favorite purchases of the various scents I've purchased while living in Bahrain.
Madawi Gold is the real deal. I am so glad you are enjoying it as much as I do 🤗❤️

I will make easier for all, if you are planing to buy but confuse which to buy, simply buy the Madawi Gold and you will thank me after buying this beast and beautiful perfume, its very long lasting almost 3-4 days.

Great job, especially differentiating the two. I sampled the Gold today and it was amazing. I've also heard the Gold leans a little masculine than the original that's what i want but you said they both give off woman vibes? 🤔🤔

Personally, I think they both lean more feminine. But I see a gentleman pulling off the Gold Edition, especially. Both do not smell ultra feminine and girly girly so to me I will say, go for it ❤️

Lattaga Honor and Glory is in the same 'family'. Gives similar vibes but that is more gourmand vanilla

Not at all. The Gold Edition doesn't even seem like a flanker, which it actually is. You can actually own both.

I just bought madawi. But it did not last long , only about 1 to 2 hour..i bought from Arabian oud in Malaysia.
I don't know how long you have had it. Performance improves with time. Mine lasts around 6-7 hours on clothes and about 3 on skin and I've had it for about a month and half now.
Maybe you should wait on it for a while. Hope this helps ❤️
