Enjoyed that, thank you.. Somebody in the group posted a Grey Ghost for sale a couple months ago. I remember it popping up on my feed and being like Wow!!!!!
Your paint set is rare the bike is not, kinds like getting a custom paint job can be the only one in the world doesn’t make the bike rare just the paint
@@TheBadgers question is, does that make the bike worth any more ? Seems the difference would be a factory limited edition paint as compared to a private custom paint that wasn’t made that way. An excellent condition original survivor of a very limited number should hold some value i’d think idk.
@@TheBadgers lots of things make a bike rare. How many of a particular bike, with that particular configuration were sold to the public would certainly contribute to that. My point was to ask you your opinion of whether or not my bike would have any additional value due to its limited number , not to diminish from any of the bikes in your video.
@@grabbag6314sorry I just figured your comment was about how rare your bike is since that’s the video subject, yes Harley has an up charge for specialty paint and most book values also add a bump in value for paint upgrade
I ran into your video looking for production numbers on my bike and you had it. I have the 2005 - 15 year anniversary addition, in black. I guess 1 of 1790. Thank you for the video!
awesome topic and a great video. i love the Fat Boy's but they are way above my budget, can't even finance one the monthly payments are to high. People like me can't afford a bike like that so i'll enjoy the bikes that i have and can afford .. always looking towards the next video 👍
what motor size came in the 2005 anniversary edition? i found one for sale, red and black, has the gold tank emblem, he wants $6500 with 18000 miles, guy says it has a 1800cc motor. whats your opinion?
Hey, I was wondering if you Have any details on a 1995 Harley Davidson Fatboy Limited Edition Nugget yellow and Birch white. Have yet to come across another one like mine other then the one that was for sale online many years ago, youtube video and some diecast models.
I have a 1990 fatboy, dressed as a heritage softail. Purchased new. It was a dealer built bike built for the Daytona street week rally in Daytona, as a showpiece. I assume its the ONLY one like this. It was brought to South africa by my bussiness partner and has done 3500Mls. Was in storeage for 32 years.
I have a 2005 fat boy anniversary in black. Gold tank badges and the 95ci with 27,000 miles. Absolutely love the bike, but I'm getting a little too old to ride anymore. Literally a like new bike, if anyone is looking, $7,500.
Nice bikes, I have not spent any real amount of time riding them so can't give you much hands on opinions. Is it the 107 or the 114 cause if given the option go 114
Yes and no the color was rare, the bike I think they made about 14,000 so for me color doesn't make a bike rare, if that were the case I could just have a custom paint job and have a 1 of a kind bike. That was a great color though
I’ve got a 2002 fat boy that my husband n I won at the Vet rally in Los Angeles in 2001. It is painted black w orange flames and has the gird emblem on the back fender, Ford had a F150 painted to match! I am wanting to sell the fat boy for $9000, I lost my husband a few ago. Wondering what the value is since it’s a custom bike?? Thanks , Becky
The picture you used of the Black 2005 Limited Edition Anniversary Fatboy was wrong. It has a Black oil tank, not chrome. You might want to get it right.
Great video, the older Fatboys were badass straight off the showroom.
I own a 1990 Fatboy! I love it! The stories about its connection to ww2 are true. Harley will never admit that however. lol.
The stories about its origins remain a mystery, but pretty cool that you can't prove it or disprove it
