i’m not able to see the screen details but i’m happy to have found how to practice using internal CW on my new (very old) FT-890 purchased recently.. i practice with a tiny paddle and that work well.. i feel very beginner with my modest 3-4wpm and hope to be able one day, decode the speed on the 10m band.. i seek who transmit around 5-6wpm and can’t to found where they are..
LICW sounds like a fun place to learn Morse code. Can I use VBand USB Adapter from Ham Radio Solutions connecting a straight key to the computer and use the software for practice.
I'm really interested in learning to listen to and send Morse Code, but I know nothing about radios. Do you need to be into ham radio, and like have a licence to do the things you teach?
Excellent job, Ed, Howard, Dave, Mike, Ron and Bob. This should help new students as well as pique the interest of those curious about CW.
Great job you guys. As Don said, this will help any new student get a great start.
Wonderful video. LICW is a wonderful group of people.
Awesome video LICW. If I hadn't joined last week I would have joined today! 😃
Excellent video, well done all.
Impressive club presentation!

Ah it's ok, I finally found out. In the UK I need to get a foundation level licence, then apply to Ofcom for a call sign.
excellent Ed. Great job. N2YLO
