Scholar was one of the main promoters of a breakaway league (mid-80s) which Sugar carried on with (Prem-league & BskyB TV rights) less than a year after taking over Spurs.
How can you be a fan and not realise what perilous state the PLC was in 1990/1991 The club was literally finished and about to go under. Well Levy wasn't there in 1991 because back then Sugar was worth ten times Levy.
