I’m using this device for past 1 month. Who ever going to purchase this device please consider below things
Sound bar and sub-woofer is connecting through 2.4 ghz Frequency. I’m using broadband connection and my router frequency is 2.4 GHz. so whenever I connected my zuke bar 9800, my entire Wi-Fi connection is blocked because my sound bar is blocking Wi-Fi signal since both are in same frequency. So I contacted Zebronics service team and I am advised to update my router to 5Ghz.
I purchased this device from Amazon. I found this issue only after 10 days within that period of time replacement window is closed 😢
Please let me know any other facing the same issue ?
