Three years ago today I was watching my father rest, praying that he would wake up one last time and let us know everything was going to be okay. He never did. Instead, he left us with a hole that we may never be able to fill. He left us with broken hearts and a collection of memories that will live on far longer than he could have ever guessed. A legacy that will be remembered for years to come and that's about as much as anybody could ever ask for. His fans still write me every day to let me know how much his videos mean to them, how he's gotten them through depression or hard times and I smile because I just can't help but think how happy he would be to know that something he did in his life could mean so much to so many people that he never had a chance to meet. It seems unfair that he was taken away from us before he truly had a chance to live, to truly enjoy the fruits of his labors. Nevertheless, he was able to live out his final years in a happiness that he probably didn't know he had inside of him. We grew up happy, don't get me wrong, we were a family who only had each other, the black sheep that nobody wanted to be around. Growing up, all we had were hardships and setbacks. We had each other and nothing else which is where the bond I had with my father began. Growing up I didn't go hang out with my friends on the weekend, I went to the flea market and sold junk with the man I idolozied above all others. I didn't have a childhood that seeked validation from other kids, I only seeked it from my father. His opinion meant more to me than anybody elses and now that he's gone, I've found myself able to turn to Bridgette to help fill that void. Dad, I miss you. I love you. It's been a long, hard, cold road since you've been gone and I've tried my best to navigate it without you but it's tough. I see the light at the end of the tunnel and I'm just running torwards it so I can finally start to feel like myself again. I'm sad, but I'm so happy with the life I've created and I just wish that you were here to see it. You'd love your Granddaughter so much, she's beautiful, smart and capable. I hope she can grow up to love me as much as I still love you, because in the end, that's what really matters.

I used to watch AGP religiously when I was younger. Life got busier, I joined the military and many things since then. I’ve always come back to AGP, especially when I’m down. Grandpa’s personality was infectious and you guys have carried me through some tough times.

Whenever I feel anxious or sad I watch AGP and they way it takes my mind off of things is something that isn’t replicated by many things in this world. I miss him like all of us do. He didn’t leave without a trace, he’s still here with us in spirit living vividly within our minds on a day to day basis like a true legend. Love you AGP and mike!

Time sure does fly by.. it doesn’t feel like 3 years have gone by. I am grateful for AGP his personality and videos have helped me go through things and lighten up my mentality when things are rough.. thank you and your family for sharing a part of your lives along with showing the world the great man AGP was! I will never forget the countless laughs and memories that Angry Grandpa brought me with all of his videos! He will forever live on and won’t be forgotten.
May his soul rest in eternal peace - he was one of the first people that I watched on UA-cam, and I often go back and watch his old videos. He was a charismatic man, and a caring father.
My big brother died when I was 13 turning 14. He was 2 years older than me. It took me 10 full fucking years to accept that my brother was gone. Anxiety, depression, and anger and so many different emotions that I went threw and I can finally say I can live “peacefully” and accept that he’s gone. I still cry I still have my days. But if you keep yourself down and keep thinking negative and if you keep thinking it won’t get better, it won’t. Stay up, do whatever makes you happy and know it gets better. You’re here for a reason use everyday wisely. Hopefully someone reads this and I help someone.

My grandfather is in the ICU because of Covid a UTI, and other infections. I hope you and your family are doing well. This channel is amazing and I watch these videos when I’m sad.
When I first heard the news about his death 3 years ago I cried so hard it felt as if I had lost my grandfather again. He was a great man and we all should celebrate his life because that’s what he would want all of his youngins to do. To this day I still watch his videos and laugh with him and I will always love him. Thank you Michael for sharing your father with us all.
