so this is just speculatory on my part but here goes nothing. I know that Extra Archer is different than FSN Archer but I sometimes think that FSN Archer became Extra Archer during one of his deployments and took a much better deal with the Moon Cell. Anyway, maybe the Extra Shirou probably lived a normal life that didn't end up with him becoming Archer in anyway at all, maybe he is in a normal relationship with either FSN Rin, Sakura or probably Luvia. And since Extra Rin is a distant relative of FSN Rin, it could be possible that Extra Shirou (not Archer) is an uncle to Extra Rin, which could probably be a reason why she feels nostalgic when seeing Extra Archer.
@Oman Au Not exactly… Nasu said that the route of Archer is close to the Saber’s route, but that he wasn't so close to Saber herself and therefore couldn't save her.
@@whateverwhatever4476 The summoning scene was Archer's memory. Despite the hell he went through as a counter guardian, he could never forget about her. She's the closest thing to a "true love" Archer ever had. Although Tohsaka did mention Archer having lovers[s?] when he was alive, one of them was possibly Ciel.
@@outis7080 Yeah Emiya must have loved Ciel if he kept the red robe. Assuming Ciel is the one that gave Emiya his iconic red robe... Please Nasu, confirm that it was Ciel, I can imagine it Emiya cooking his specialty and Ciel gobbling it up.
