Agree, imo it was a bit of a joke Fake was only drafted in the 3rd round in the PLL when the dude shut down prime Pat Spencer and has guarded the best in the country since being a freshman
Totally agree he's got more experience on top players than probably any pole in the draft.
That Is A Great Analysis That We Would Never Get To See Normally. That Kid Was Tremendous.
Nice that you commented on that check, where he picks the ball up at the first bounce. Loved that when I watched the game
Great analysis
110% agree, Chris Fake best pole in the country! He will be missed by all Irish fans☘️
Great analysis!
Chris fake is undoubtedly one of the best defensemen in college and was a robbery in the third round but I think brennen had an off day and that fake wasnt the main cause of his poor performance. love the vids keep it!
Agree
Commentators beat it to death but not recognizing Kavanagh (hamstring) was primarily a decoy, was a major coaching blunder. On the pick, that is 95% his teammates fault. That close to gle and your guy sets an on ball pick for the tewarraton winner, you better be loud enough. I wasn't rooting for either team when it started. Now that its done, i couldn't be happier for ND and glad they won.
Fake had a lights-out game as did Enteman. But I'm surprised how few people are talking about Notre Dame going 14-10 in faceoffs against 1st team All-American Jake Naso
Great point and doesn't even take into account failed duke clears after the face off when Naso won it backwards
i think they actually won because they scored more goals than the other teams did
I feel like I dont have to watch this because Brenan ONeil was shut down and couldn’t score
Oneil got plenty of good looks. Just knew he had to shoot right inside the frame or it wasn't gonna go in. The rest of the team shot this way as well, lots of shots went just over the crossbar. The Entemann Effect stopped Oneil (and Duke) more than Fake.
Play a sport that very few schools care about...
Fake will be missed. One of my favorite poles to watch in college.
Excited to watch him in the pll
He was great. But Shawn Lyght made it look easy replacing him. That being said, we wouldn’t have won this first title without him. He shut O’Neill down
