Even though the main actress is pretty I like the princess, she is pretty, kind, clever, reasonable, caring, sympathetic, understanding, strategist, elegant, and does not want to break the couple up. All in all a beautiful person, I'm surprised the prince does not like her, they would of made a perfect couple.

I agree as a person from the outside looking in. But when you are raised in this culture, to them, it's ok. If you thought differently, you were petty. Times changed but some mentality did not.
@@TheCelidon85 Not all the women grew up this way in this universe though. She grew up in a kingdom where the "norm" was one man and one woman, no concubines. This isn't normal in her culture/kingdom, and she'd actually get judged harshly for being a concubine. Can't remember the other woman's name right now but she also grew up in a culture where women were in power. Her sister was ready to go to war (for any of the women I gathered but def. her sister) if she wanted to end the marriage.

@@TheCelidon85 Np. I think is mid series, so I had the benefit of knowing the earlier episodes. There are 9 kingdoms if I remember correctly. One rules all the others, more or less, and every so many years every kingdom send woman to marry the "main" kingdom's princes. Each kingdom has their own cultures. What I adore about this drama is the women don't fight each other. There's a sisterhood there and it's refreshing to see. It's less about the men/love interest and more about the women supporting each other. And yes, in most costume drama's do have that normalcy of men having multiple women and it being "normal" while modern dramas call it cheating. (You should watch the drama. The third prince's wives are fantastic.)

How many billions of humans are here in this planet ? 🌍 Many, right ? 🤫 Even today, women still die from childbirth 😕 so if a man wants more children 🙄 just get marry again 🤪 So no, this normal was only for the benefit of rich men to poses many women 🤷♀️ and because of that 😳 many women and children were killed or aborted by jealous women in the harems 😡 that was probably the most disgusting 🤢 reason for low mortality rates among wife’s, concubines and their children 🤷♀️ 😡
