Today I visit a fish store in Bogotá, Colombia. It was so much fun to tour the store and see all the exotic pets and animals. The Largest Aquarium Pet Store Video Ever with hundreds of amazing pets and animals!! Completely agree with him “nature should exist on its own” never looked at it like that but it’s makes so much sense
I totatally agree... and I have a CS degree and work with plants... there is a fine line on the topic, but we should keep things natural and away from lab modification.

Half and half agree. I’m a fish breeder and I can tell you got a fact that a genetic bred strain like golden pealscale angels can communicate and breed with wild scalare. It’s like he said when you get into making entire new hybrid species then the original parents won’t understand it’s body language. But the whole color changing affecting communication is bs for the most part. Most fish communicate using movement. The only real time they communicate with color is gender displays and even then it’s not 100%.

@@morkvomork6815 i work as a volenteer at a place that grows corals for reefs and sometimes aquariums it isn’t reef murder since we can only take maybe 1 coral sample of each type from the wild a year and the rest are clones of each other

I always wanted my tank to look like I took a slice of nature and put it in my home. My current tank is a hot mess but I am working on it new filtration should be here tomorrow! I loved the tour of the fish shop it is incredible and I loved hearing all that he knew about what he saw today and 50 years ago.

I fully agree with the idea that aquariums should be as natural as possible! Interesting that the Flowerhorn was brought up, as my university has a rescue that I believe is F2 or F3, and he's extremely social and intelligent. We don't plan on getting more once he's gone, but he's a favourite among those of us who work at the aquatics centre!
