    Great video, I've had my Green Egg for 5 months now and have been busy BBQ-ing. I'm going to make my first pulled pork BBQ this weekend. At what internal temp did you take the pork butt off to wrap? And what temp was is done..... 202 approximately? Thank you.... and great channel. Mario in Venice Beach

    team no wrap. let it go 10-14 hours. be patient. low and slow is worth it.

    3 hours in on what temp? Like you go through all this to not give that crucial detail that makes it not even worth watching anymore...on to the next video. Dislike
