My parents lived there for a few months a while ago to make a documentary, it used to be the only kinda film stuff on UA-cam known about it, they lived more on the main lands tho

Why your clams taste like sand, its because your suppose to leave them in a bucket or pot in fresh water for 24hrs and when u drain the water the sand will be at the bottom 👍🏽 clams are yum we call those what you ate , pipis in New Zealand 💙 im tongan/maori by the way
I left them in the bucket of water for half an hour maybe hahaha. My mistake! But thanks for sharing your knowledge :) Next time I will put 24hrs and see how it really tastes like ;) Tonga/Maori seems a nice mix! Love both cultures. I lived in New Zealand for 6 months and travelled in Tonga for 30 days.

How can I live there? What are the requirements? To have a property?
I won't be able to answer you. It will depend on your nationality and how much you plan to invest in the country. The specific visa rules you can find in Tonga official website.
You can’t have property there as a foreigner but you can rent
Tonga is crown land and owned by the people. You can buy land if your a national or inherit it through your fathers bloodline.
@@tonganqueenb5517Hello, I want to travel to Tonga but I do not know how and I want to continue my university studies. What do I do?
You can’t buy land in Tonga 🇹🇴 but you can lease
