The EBS-260 Handjet portable inkjet printer replaces stencils, stamps paint pens, etc. With this attachment you can do pipe diameters down to about 1 5/8" (42mm). Pipe stencils with spray paint can now be done cleanly, safely (no chemicals), and efficiently, with a more professional look.

Yes, it does make it easier if you mark a lot of pipes or tubulars.

would this work on bar stock and will it work in the cold outside. or if the bar stock it wet?

It will work in the cold but not on bar stock. The lower encoder wheel must roll so I guess it is possible if a jig is created but that probably doesn't make it user friendly. No, cannot be wet. I need to write names on student jerseys. Small names of sizes approximately 8cm x 1.0cm. Does the paint hold dozens of washes a year?

I would say no, it is acetone based ink, so it will probably wash out. It's not the same as silk screening on fabrics.

I forgot to mention: Once you have created your message, click the 'Edit' button and edit 'Parameters'. Click 'Position' and check mark "Flip Horizontal'. Fianally, select the print direction to read '

Yes. You must specify you want White Acetone Ink at time of ordering. You can only use one color per unit. Where are you located Michael?
