I swear I don't mourn in ever-lasting hell after school
That’s how I feel all the time. It’s my head screaming out at people asking why they still care for me. Knowing I’m useless, defective, and contribute nothing to anything and will continue to do so for the rest of my little life. I’ll never fully be who I want to be. And no matter how hard I try, people will perceive me as worthless all the same. I will fail. I’ll have my cake and eat it, and then my stomachs empty again. Seeking out more validation and belonging from people who shouldn’t matter to me as much as they do. I’ll just take anything I have thrown at me because that’s how lonely I really am.
At least there’s Ferrero Rochers and art to keep me going. And I’m getting better. I’ve been going to therapy and counselling for most of my life. And I’m making progress. Im on the road to self love. Im on the road to prioritizing my authenticity and not my belonging. And even though I try and fail, I have fun knowing I gave it my all. And that’s the honourable part.
I have a long ways to go. And I still get panic attacks. I still get existential. I still get anxious. I still get depressed, and I still get meltdowns. But the mirror looks clearer. And somedays i CAN look at myself in the reflection and say “you can do this” with full confidence in myself.
What I’m getting at is that you’re not alone. But when your ready, please try and reach out. If someone like me can still find happiness out of life, then so can you. It’s never too late. It never will be. And you are heard.

You know sometimes it feels nice to feel my pain. I endured a lot of suffering throughout these last few years and it’s not over yet. Sometimes I feel like I just can’t go on anymore and that I’ll never be enough. But at the end of the day no one will ever get me to stop moving forward. No matter how much pain I endure I will never lose hope and it pains me so much to see other people lose theirs. All I’m saying is, we all have our fair share of troubles and it gets hard for us all. But God has a plan and purpose for us all. Jesus died on the cross for you and I, and because of him there is always hope. This word is cruel and unforgiving but God will give you the strength to to overcome it all. We will all have our moment of salvation you just have to keep on moving forward.

how ever many times you feel like your life is not good and that you are worthless, remember, there are some people that can help you. im not trying to bring personal stuff in this, but i have felt the same way multiple times. i felt like i was not cared about. but then i realized that there are people that care about me. and people care about you and everything you do.
dont listen to people when they say anything about you, they just try to bring you down. depression hurts, anxiety hurts, bullying hurts. just try your best and you will be fine.
if you feel like everything in your life sucks, i would suggest you to get help because, yearly, 1 million people commit suicide. i was going to be one of those millions of people, but i realized that suicide isnt the way out of all of your problems, all it does is create more for your dad, mom, siblings, and etc.

In my opinion, those negative videos that cater to the lonely, abandoned people, are only eating their souls and humanity out. These kinds of videos, especially when you come across these in a vulnerable situation in your life, only make it worse.

Pls, don’t go down this route. Surround yourself with people that will care for you and love you, because we need people like that in our lives to get us through the roughest. You may feel like there are days where you’re just on the floor and you can’t pick yourself up, but that is absolutely, when you should be picking yourself up the most. And pls social media is probably the worst place you can be if you’re already stuck in the doomer cycle. The only way you can rot your life away quicker is by glueing yourself to your old ways that ended up killing you in the first place.
Instead of listening to negative things daily you can change yourself to be the opposite of what they say and be the best version of you you can be, this is what differenciate you from an animal, even if they say all those bad things you should ignore the bad things and focus on the good things, remember be the best version of yourself everyday and make a change, i believe in you!
