I use ibisPaint X! I use font “Avenir Next Bold”. I first choose the base colour. Then I create another Layer change it from normal to add and create the light effect. Then I create a new layer again and I change it to multiple to the create shadow. Then I used clip to the add layer and multiply layer to the text by the ⬇️. I know it’s pretty confusing but hope it helps😭
