- Abbie shows her affection in different ways and she always has but this is VERY new! She's never been okay with people or animals in her personal space unless she initiates it and it usually doesn't last for more than a few seconds. This is a HUGE change of behavior and tolerance she's showing with Sandy.

I know we only see such a short snippet of your travels but what I saw in Abbie in this video was a young lady more responsive to conversations and she gave off a calm that I haven’t seen in her before.
It was so obvious that travelling is Abbie’s thing and really agrees with her.
I have been wanting to ask if Abbie is Sandy's person. She always seems very
tuned into Abbie and positions herself close to her whether Abbie acknowledges her or not. Also, Abbie has also appeared to tolerate Sandy's presence very well. This is so sweet, it's making my eyes leak! 💞
I legitimately cried HAPPY tears for Abby when she laid on Sandy's back and then when Sandy laid on her lap. Now that was bonding.🐶💕
If you go through Bellefontaine, Ohio, there is a store you should visit called “The Fun Company”. They have a lot of games and educational stuff there. Not a place to take a camper to.

At one point I thought Abby was going to say a word. When dad was talking to her. Her face was like she was trying to say it. Oh my goodness my heart.
You have to go to Maine! But go in July or August when it is warmest.

You gotta come to SW Missouri :) we just moved here from the west coast and love it. Branson is great. Table Rock Lake or Lake of the Ozarks. Also St Luis has a free zoo and lots of neat places to take kiddos and the family. Kansas City as well :) but SW MO for the outdoorsy stuff.

My husband and I were born and raised in Kalamazoo Michigan, which is mid way from Chicago to Detroit and I never went to Chicago, 2 hours away. His mom was born and raised in Chicago and his dad was born and raised in Detroit. We left Michigan for NC and never looked back. We go visit family but we will not move back.
You all should come to Arkansas. Petit Jean Mountain or Mt Magazine is a great place to camp especially in the fall. Lots of hiking opportunities. Hot Springs is also great. Beautiful scenery.
When you do Georgia Blue Ridge would be a beautiful place to visit.
Have you thought about getting a portable washing machine we use one each time we go camping and use a fold away Mrs. Pegs clothes line :)

Welcome to Chicago! I’m DYING laughing at your description of Chicago traffic. You described it perfectly. $30 in tolls before you can blink and traffic literally everywhere! I’ve hit traffic going into Chicago at like 9pm on a weeknight. Like, what?!? 😂 It’s got a lot to see, though! Hope you enjoy it!

We walked from Willis tower to The navy pier. And back to our car. We wanted to ride a boat down the river but it rained the night before a the river was to high.
We watched baseball game and went to a restaurant Guy Fieri went to the dine dives. It was a BBQ place. We did a speed boat on the lake. That was crazy.

Amazing im in Illinois just on the bottom on The Ohio River across from KY. Beautiful area here we have a camping for RV on the Ohio River in our small town Of Rosiclare.. Birth place of Jennifer Rhodes the actress that played" Grams "on Charmed and among other great shows.. We have tons of sightseeing places Garden of the Gods, nature walks ,fishing, hunting ect. My husbands the Chief of Police in the next town which is a great place to visit also and 6 minutes apart.. Love watching your family i have a cousin with autism he loves to take things a part and put them back together and great at figuring games out.

When you end up staying in Indiana, you should stay at the Indiana Dunes National Park by Lake Michigan.

You took all the toll roads lol. I just took I-70 from south of Pittsburgh to Columbus and there was only construction in the WV panhandle and no tolls. Enjoy Chicago. I did boot camp there. By this time of year it was really hot but winters are really really cold.

Chicago med, fire, and pd are the best shows, howver have you noticed they always take a huge gap during the series...so frustrating.

Abbie seemed to enjoy putting the coins in the washer, she seems to get great satisfaction from these tasks. Did you bring the table tasks ? Although you probably don't have much time to do them. I put on advice under the last video, and something popped into my head today that you 100% have to do with Abbie if you go through Omaha: the Hollywood Candy store. Need I say more 😁? (also Bob Kerrey pedestrian bridge is fun, early morning to avoid the heat).
Should've come down some in Ohio, no tolls and then drive through Indiana into Chicago, bypass the far away campground.

we went to indiana from maryland once up the pa turnpike and i hated everyminuet of it way to many 18 wheelers and only two lanes and no shoulder at all i was terrified the trucks drove so fast
Yeah, I-76 is bad especially from Breezewood to Donegal. I-68 through WV is much quicker with less semis. The speed limit is higher too.
how will this child ever live on her own
As a parent of 2 autistic and additional needs children - she, like my children probably won't. The life skills being taught are amazing and she's thriving but alot of autistics need support always. There's multiple options depending on what would suit them - assisted living, living with family and living alone but with full support. For my children they personally will not be able at theor present levels to live alone - and they are on similar level to abbie

You have to gonthrough iowa to get to Minnesota.. im hoping .. if that happens I'm gonna need to know..
That would be wonderful, but it would be easier to go through Wisconsin on 90, if they go through La Crosse, Wi. But they could go up on 94, which takes you to The Twin Cities. If you go on INT 90, you should stop at the Wisconsin Dells. Some fun things to see there, but not sure if Abby would like it. Drive Safely

@@christineenyart7721 I was just about to comment this. From Chicago, they can go right up to Milwaukee, WI. Lots of festivals and outdoor happenings right now. Then from Milwaukee, they can go through Madison, Wisconsin Dells, La Crosse, and right into Minnesota. They would love the bluffs and of course the Mississippi River.
