@@Lea_1580 For me, I think she found out when she got back home in Mike's body of course. she is going through William's stuff finding out his secrets just like Mike did and well hearing it on TV news or paper... and she find the paper that William told Mike to find her which makes her feel guilty. (William owns their own house because it was much cheaper back then and because Willian is dead it was passed down to Mike so now Mike owns the house.) I hope that makes sense.
I though it was stereotypical but it seems it actually isn't.... i remember that in almost every video, it showed/mentioned that William is addicted to coffee and bread, and CC is addicted to cookies
