You have to read the manga!! There's so much details plus there's SBS section which is Oda answering fan questions ( which the answers and questions wont appear in anime) and it's always so funny and goofy how Oda response. I recommend getting manga box set when it's on discount, never pay for resellers selling price higher than original. You can now buy the first 2 manga box set.
To be honest I watched the live action in japanese and it was really an experience ❤

I watched the LA in English first, then Japanese, then Spanish, cz of Iñaki and Taz.
Japanese one was good, Mayumi-san (Luffy) toned down her Anime-Luffy voice to match Iñaki. They all did a good job, the gr8 moments hit well.
But never re-watched it..Dub is a problem for me. OG is OG..so LiveAction English one, rewatched 40 times on UA-cam/reaction channels.
Nami's voice actress, Okamura Akemi, is one of my favorites! Fun fact, she is the youngest one out of all the Strawhat voice actors!
mayumi tanaka's voice gives me goosebumps.
If you know the characters she has voiced, you'll get even more goosebumps. Krillin from Dragon Ball is famous.

Now these voice actors have aged...you are currently experiencing Prime-Prime performance in the anime where u are.
Present day, there is a noticeable difference in the anime..specially Franky, Kazuki-san is now 65. He was 40 back then.
And Mayumi-san is 69😮
So keep on enjoying the peak.

それぞれ好みに違いはあると思いますが、僕は個人的にやっぱりアニメの声優さんはアニメが良いなと思いました笑
だから実写ドラマは英語のオリジナル音声に日本語字幕付きで観ました♪
アニメの声優さん達も好きですが、ドラマの麦わらの一味の俳優さん達も好きになりました👍
それぞれに違う魅力があり、ワンピースファンとしては楽しみ方の幅が広がった様に思います♪

Fun Fact: Kid Sanji VA is the same as Chopper in the anime 😂😂
In the live action the actor that plays kid Sanji also plays Sweet Tooth in which he has antlers, wears a top hat, and has other spoilery things in common with Chopper.
