- INGREDIENTS
Ginger garlic & coriander paste
2 tomatoes and 2 Onion 🧅
Chopped Coriander
Chopped pudina
Curd
Lemon
EVEREST Masala's.Biriyani masala, chicken masala, chicken biryani masala
1/2 kg soaked Basmati rice
Food colour (optional)
MARINATION
Salt as per taste
TURMERIC 1/2 SPOON
Red Chilli powder as per your spice level
Dhaniya powder 1 spoon
Green chilli paste
Curd
1 whole Lemon
Chicken Masala 1 spoon
Coriander paste 1/2 spoon
And mix well
RICE WATER PREPERATION
3 to 4 pepper
Cardamom
Clove
Star flower
Cinnamon stick
Chopped Coriander
Chopped pudina
Salt
1 spoon oil
Biriyani leaf
Shahi Biryani masala 1 spoon
1 Green Chilli
Close the lid and let it cook
FOR CHICKEN
Place a bowl on flame and add 2 spoon oil, add 2 chopped onions 🧅 and let the onions fried well add chopped Coriander and pudina and ginger garlic Paste 🧄 and mix well
Add 1/2 kg marinated chicken in the oil mixture mix well and let it cook for 15 min make sure you be checking on chicken for every 15 min when chicken is 70% cooked then add 2 chopped Tomatoes 🍅 close the lid and let chicken cook
When the rice water comes to boil then the 1/2 kg soaked Basmati rice in to the water and mix well
Don't over stir rice just keep checking rice
In every 10 to 15 min make sure rice should be cooked 🍚 90% perfectly
Then drain the water and start layering rice and chicken together ( start layering when rice is hot)
FOR LAYERING RICE
First place rice then chicken & chopped Coriander & pudina and continue the process till 2 to 3 times and for more tanginess add lemon to the layers and at last add water and food colour mixture to the rice and close the lid and let briyani get DUM atleast for 20 min
