this has to be the cutest punch. I’ve ever seen. idk why i’m so emotional
Because you feel what I conjured with my culture through your suppressed emotions resurfacing by my hands.
sharing your personal stories, historical information about korea, and making amazing foods (and drinks!) is what makes your videos so special! thank you for sharing your refreshing punch recipe! :) :)
Omija is so good .Havre cuntry in sri lanka I think call lovy red colour .fruits. like a cherry. Maanghi you are looking like a real queen. 💖💖💖💖
Munkyeong is my mom's grandmother's hometown, where my mom used to stay for summer. Such a beautiful town especially in autumn. My mom...She naturally loves omija so much and so do I. I also have omija jam and liquor being made at home hahaha looove the punch!
Your country is so beautiful and the people so lovely. Thanks, Maangchi.
9:46 "One-minute queen". Maangchi, you're ALWAYS a queen! Thanks for your videos and recipes!
Cheers, everybody!
Thank you so much for your nice comments! I finished Korean caption a few hours ago! Now English, Korean, and Greek captions are available. Sofia Anna submitted the Greek caption only a few hours after I uploaded the video! If you are one of my Greek speaking viewers, let's thank Sofia for her hard work! If you want to translate it into your language you can do it here. ua-cam.com/users/timedtext_video?ref=wt&auto=yes&v=2VEXIlkDZkw
Maangchi We are going to Korea next month and I would like to buy a dried omija and try the taste of omija tea (sorry for my poor English)🙏🙏🙏 greeting from Indonesia 😘
I normally do not comment that often, but I must say that this video motivated me so much!!
Just bought your book. I will try a few of your recipes. Thank you for the videos!
That punch looks so refreshing. Thank you for sharing your stories, culture, and scenes of Korea with us...so beautiful!!!
You described the Omija taste and texture so well that I was feeling like I was eating it 😱😀🙂
아 진짜 맛있겠다 상큼하고 시원해보임ㅠㅠ 문경 배경도 좋고 음악도 좋고 이 영상 진짜 대박인거 같음
This looks perfect for summer! I'm so glad I can experience Korea with you a little bit through your videos and recipes.

Our Korean Queen is back ♡♡
Hi Maangchi, hope you're having a lovely Sunday!
Thank you very much for the recipe of making the drink/omijia punch with noodles and pear Maangchi❤ Simple and easy to make! It looks delicious and make me drooling when I saw the beautiful color and mung bean jelly cubes, mixed with pear and ice tubes 🤤 plus it’s good for me, I definitely need to drink it everyday! And thank you very much for sharing this beautiful place in South Korea! And it’s good to know there’s no age limitation in getting a driver’s license in S. Korea (I heard some big Asian country doesn’t allow old people to have driver’s license even she/he is very healthy). All good 👍 Watching Maangchi’s videos makes my day 😊
Arabic caption is up! One of my volunteer translator viewers submitted the caption for those who speak Arabic! Thanks a lot! ua-cam.com/users/timedtext_video?bl=watch&v=2VEXIlkDZkw
요리도 배우고 영어도 배우고 제가 마치 문경에 여행간느낌도 나니 일석삼조효과!
선생님 감사해용! 선생님 너무멋지싶니다🤙🏻❤️
그리고 너무 귀여우세용😉
I'm really loving these Korea-oriented videos you've been making lately. Well done!
You have good energy, it is contagious. Your videos always make me smile. 😊
Wow, Korea is so very beautiful. I am truly becoming more enamored with all things Korean. You make a stunning Korean queen in that costume. Long live Queen Maangchi! Keep drinking that omija!
Using the nature as a introduction is just awesome! It's make me feel calm and happy.. thank you.. God Bless You Maangchi..
Wow, i really enjoyed this, fresh country-side setting.. Love your story about the long life couple and the place, you said truth, real long life is ifyou still strong&active at 100+... I would love to try omija😊😊
I'm sure I saw this punch in Mr. Queen...but man, you are so good at explaining everything in one sitting in an amazing way...big fan from Sri lanka🇱🇰
I loved this app much. I grow schizandra and Asian pears in my New Hampshire, USA garden. My pears are never as beautiful and BIG as these, but schizandra is prolific! I make a cordial with vodka and schizandra berries. I will try this punch💟. Berries just now ripening end of August here. Thank you so much for this delightful video, Maangchi💟love you.
I'm so happy for this recipe.. I saw this one in Mr. Queen and I was craving this... Thank you so much Maangchi
I can't believe you actually went there and filmed this Maangchi! My mom got me some omija concentrate and she told me to pour hot water with a little to drink like a tea. She said it might help with good health? I don't know if it's true but I'll try it!
This is one of the best videos of yours, Maangchi! I love not only your cook but also the scenery there ❤️
I was binge-watching Maangchi's videos and then this... then I realized, this was KINGDOM!!!! 😆
Delightful !! I lived in Korea over 55 years ago and spoke pretty fluent Korean. I still remember some. Omija looks great. I am ordering some tea and berries online. :-)
Maangchi is one of the biggest reasons I want visit this beautiful country. Thank you for sharing the best of Korea with us and sharing your stories with your bubbly style.
I always love watching your videos but this video just became my favourite thing, watching this after a tiring day, made me smile, loved how you not only showed a good recipe but I learned something new and learned about how beautiful korea is to visit. 😍✨
Korea is so beautiful, thanks for sharing, hope to visit, what a lovely culture.
The background is so beautiful. Truly natural beauty at it's best. I wish one day I can have the opportunity to go to Korea. Both the city and country life seem so beautiful. The punch looks good right about now. It's getting progressively hotter in NY and just looking at this recipe is making me feel cool. Great upload
Tongan caption was submitted by one of my viewers! Thank you so much!
Tongan is an Austronesian language of the Polynesian branch spoken in Tonga. It has around 180,000 speakers[5] and is a national language of Tonga.
What a beautiful place and 오미자화채!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe!!! I wanna go to there someday!
So perfect for summer. I love hearing your stories maangchi ❤️❤️❤️
I watched this a few weeks ago and I was so interested in this berry punch you made. I'm currently pregnant and when I watched this, nothing sounded good to eat because of morning sickness. So, seeing you make the punch, I wasn't sure what it could taste like or if I would like it. When I heard you say about all the health benefits of omija, I wondered if I could drink it while pregnant to keep me a little healthy, even though I can't eat much.
Then I had a dream that you made some for me! I tasted it and was surprised that it didn't make me sick, even with all of the flavors! I actually liked it, the flavor was so interesting.
I haven't had a chance to try it for real. It would be nice to see if my dream was accurate to how this punch tastes.
Just started thinking about it again, and I thought you might like to hear about my dream. Thank you so much for sharing all your recipes, Maangchi!
I loveeee 오미자차!!! I had it at the palace for the first time when I was in Seoul and totally fell in love! Thanks for the lovely video! Your guest was super adorable too and how he described the tea!!
You have the loveliest personality, Maangchi! I always enjoy watching your videos.
Maangchi!!! Another big hit! How refreshing!

Maangchi, queen, you looked absolutely stunning when at the mountain pass, you really stepped out on us!!! Watching your videos I didnt think you could get anymore gorgeous yet you did! Thanks so much for the recipe, you're amazing!

I've been trying to watch this video for the past two days, but both times I relaxed so much I fell asleep.
Something about the combination of the nature noises and Maangchi's voice is so soothing! 😴😴
I haven't been to Korea for 12 years and when I watch your videos, I miss it so much! I hope I will have a chance to go there again one day. Beautiful country, generous and kind people, and the best food in the world.

Thank you for your recipe videos! I’m part korean and I’m using these recipes to help bring back my lost culture. Thank you so much! :)
I love how it tasted so amazing to him that he had no English words to describe it well enough and switched to Korean. That's an amazing compliment.
I thank you for sharing all these wonderful recipes, and also for sharing glimpses of your native culture as well! I love seeing and hearing glimpses of different cultures from around the world. Ohhhh now I really want to try!!! It looks so delicious especially with the mountains in the background.
Hey Maangchi ❤️ I really love your channel and I've been watching your videos over and over for years. I'm from Adana,Turkey and we have a similar dessert called Bici Bici. Even not everybody in Turkey knows this dessert but I'm so amazed that we have something similar. It has cubed jelly, rose extract(rose water), shaved ice, powdered sugar and fruits on top (banana slices, strawberry and cherries in general). I'm sure you would love that so maybe you could try doing it.
Lots of love
