@@Tim_Takacs tben you needn’t listen! No one is going to sound or play the same at 74 as they did at 29. Thousands of us across many cities paid a lot of money for the privilege of enjoying her singing.
Never forget being at the Capitol Theater in Passaic NJ when Fleetwood Mac introduced Stevie as their new member!! Still gives me chills to remember the moment.
My mom has great taste in music and I'd always get excited when she said she was going to clean house because she nearly always put on a Fleetwood Mac CD to clean to. Growing up I was blessed to lose my virginity to one of her most beautiful songs in the candlelight. But I also have another memory of her. I saw her live from the front row and back then at the end she would hold hands with everyone on the front row. I was actually standing beside a small staircase in front of the stage in the middle. I had a split second to make my choice, I figured it's the end of the show so I wasn't bothered with the chance that security could kick me out. Right when she was in front of the stairs I stepped up on them to be about level with her. For a second her eyes widened but then quickly, she gave me a look that I swear looked like, "oh how cute, a harmless dork". 🤣 I was shocked that security didn't even tell me to get down. I had tears in my eyes and mouthed a thank you and she just looked so lovingly with this huge smile. Surreal to think that besides her band and security I was the one closest to her at that show even for just a few seconds. She still sounds as good here as she did then. Can't believe some people are downing her, I hope they can do better when they're in their 70s.
At least you could see her, I was in a terrace box and she looked like a tiny tiny figure from my view. It was an awesome show and she sounded great after all these years. Thanks for sharing
Sad that the aging process is starting to be noticed. Been a big fan all my life... but as in Landslide lyrics, I have to admit, that I have aged too! What a pleasure to be alive, while she is. What a great performer Stevie is!

Totally! She invited him because she was inspired to write this song after she heard Little Red Corvette. She couldn’t get it right (in her opinion) and called him up!
