Go ahead Mr Chairman;; tell them ( supporters of other teams) about the history of this country and two most supported teams in Soweto ;; you can be what ever;; but without history;; you still have to prove yourself;; i hope someone is listens.
You need to increase the number of clubs in the league to 20. You can sell 760 games to broadcasters as opposed to 480, clubs will have bigger squad giving opportunity to more players whilst increasing the productivity in term of the distance they cover, the intensity they play with ,pressures they attempt as well as sprints. We have technical players in SA, the problem is that they lack the physical part of the game which makes hard to sell directly and frequently to the top 5 European league who pay premium for players. Just imagine if a club would sell player £10 million to a British team. That would bring in revenue greater than the tv rights and will allow clubs to employ cash into assets like training facilities, development etc. The psl should also unrule the selling of statuses as this kills the history of clubs, a club should retain its name to preserve its history and its importance to the fans. We have lost three clubs in the likes Bloemfontein celtics, Moroka Swallows and wits in the last 10 years . You won’t find a Aston Villa selling its status. Please put money into schools football. It won’t be an expensive task. Children just need a ground to play on. This could be solved by just laying grass or levelling the ground with soil then adding seeding after the December holiday.I don’t think that would be a difficult thing to do by SAFA and PSL as schools are the best way to cultivate players for your clubs and national teams. The schools league needs to be improved too by allowing more participation as well as guides for coaches/school teachers who coach on how to play football the South African way.

Yes, we are living in a democratic society - they do elect leaders
Nombuso, why do you fix it when is not broken?
There are always elections and chairpersons of otherclubs always vote for him,,,so they are all happy with him
