Thank you for painting the motor! The diamond plate on top of the servo and as part of the hood stay were both great ideas, in my view. Painting the inside of the hood was a great idea too. Those hubs look just like the selectable locking/freewheeling hubs on my wife's ancient Daihatsu Feroza - just right for the era.
The engine bay does look a lot better, the diamond plate was not that bad at all. The silver painted on the engine really changes it and you are not the only one to work in chaos. The little prop turned out well, under the now painted hood.
@@AdventureTimeRC I have been lacking the build urge, things not coming easy to me of late. I did a bit of CAD yesterday a simple bumper, but why do they make it so hard to use. There is no local courses I can take to suit me.
@@AdventureTimeRC I use FreeCAD, But its the order of how things are done can be confusing. I have watched a couple of online courses, they are OK until they waffle about things not needed to only confuse instead of keeping it simple. Then for some reasons what they say to do I cannot get to work and i just find a long way round.
WOW everything came together GREAT Brent. Love all the mods you made the Diamond plate looks perfect .. LOVE the hubs. Motor is awesome. Enjoyed watching the transformation. :)
Awesome video excellent work looks great I seen a 3d printed value cover for the drive side somewhere. Like what you did with it looks great keep it going
Have you tried or thought about adding those ring lights on the headlights. I was going to buy a set but looking at the lights system not sure how I would do it.
