Amazing band. Massive respect to Serge for stepping up. Saw them last night support Liam Gallagher at Knebworth and they blew the place up. Prowling the stage like a boxer…amazing tunes. Great band.

Think the band hope he cleans himself up and they can see what the future holds but they can’t keep cleaning up his messes anymore.

I'm enjoying Serge as frontman, and they're still smashing it out the park live, but Serge's voice isn't as powerful or distinctive as Tom's tbh from what I've heard.
It's like seeing Elvis in 2022. I could spend hours watching him sing and move in loop mode. I love everything he does. Sergio gives everything that fresh touch without losing references to rock in a very natural way because he is pure rock'n'roll. Something we need a lot in these times. Long live Kasabian! ❤🔥

With Tom's departure Kasabian didn't look the same. Something is missing. Tom's vocals made a huge difference. They were one of my favourite bands during that time and I still enjoy their old tracks.
Sergabian is like 80% of the original Kasabian experience, he's a good frontman, wrote the stuff and sung lead fpr some of the tunes anyway. But it lacks the "lad rock" football chav aspect without Tom Meighan's performance which was big but not a major deal of their original appeal. But things tend to change people have to live with it. I wish Tom Meighan finds some sort of success as an solo artist from now on.
But why doesn't the group put Robert Harvey as lead singer? Listening to the choirs one understands how phenomenal he is, still today his voice is so powerful and sublime.
Not nearly the frontman that was. Fact. Kasabian are a shadow of their former selves, even in the latter days of Tom as frontman. And you all know it ffs.
