Gran Turismo 7 Japanese FF Challenge 450 at Suzuka Circuit

This race does not show up for me at Suzuka. If anyone has an idea why please share

I believe you have to go through a story-type progression in order to unlock the Suzuka Circuit as well as this particular event.
