@markool89 no, it's because Sam (ringo) left to pursue his music carrer. When he left after Donna & Andrew's affair, he was starting his music carrer and he's now leaving.... he's finished filming and is on tour. And James (old declan) left because his contract was running out and the producers etc. really wanted him to stay cause they had good things planed for the character but james had other things he wanted to do so they did a recast.
