    Pistachio cheesecake without gelatin.
    Pistachio cheesecake is a simple and quick step-by-step recipe for homemade cake without gelatin.
    Ingredients
    150 g wholemeal biscuits
    75 g butter
    50 g pistachios
    For the cream:
    500 g low-fat quark
    250 g quark 20%
    175 g Philadelphia double cream
    2 eggs
    180 g sugar
    100 ml cream
    1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
    80 ml oil
    250 ml milk
    Decoration:
    100-150 g pistachio cream
    chopped pistachios
    Finely chop the biscuits in a blender. Add the melted butter and mix.
    Line a springform pan (26-28 cm - I used 26 cm) with baking paper and fill it with the mixture. Flatten it with a glass to form a base. Then let it cool for 30 minutes in the fridge or 15 minutes in the freezer.

    Mix all the ingredients for the cream with a whisk until smooth.
    Cover the outside of the cake ring with aluminum foil so that the edge of the cream stays nice and light.
    Place a container filled with water on the floor (edge) of the oven to prevent cracks. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees OU - on the second rack from the bottom - for about 60 minutes.
    Turn off the oven, leave the oven door ajar and let the cake cool for 20-30 minutes so that the cake does not collapse. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool a little.

    Pour the pistachio cream over the cheesecake. Spread by gently tilting the mold.
    Decorate with chopped pistachios
