JUMBO BAG FILLING SYSTEM

This series of Jumbo Bag Filling System , Big Bag Bagging Equipment, Bulk Bag Filler are designed for fast, accurate, and stable weigh-filling of large volumes of free flowing bulk materials with gravity feeding method. A Gear motor controlled valve is used to realize fast and slow feed of material. The rotary valve automatically closes partially to slow feed mode. When target weight is reached, the rotary valve will automatically closes completely, material is released to the bag, and the filled bag is ready to be taken away. Side massaging or Vibrating table on bottom of the bag helps to make compact package and is adjustable to the height of the bag. They are suitable for powered, granular, blocky or the mixture of them to be packed into bulk bags. System can be used for various industries like food , pharma, chemical, fertilizers, cement etc.
