question about the tractor windy tetra team, why do you like that one, it doesn't seem that safe, can take dmg and with vio rng can fail, also it gets destroyed by the defenses (see you use it against multiple teams). meanwhile it alternates targets, doesnt do much dmg, and doesn't destory very much, and is really slow.
i figure it makes sense to use tractor and windy because of passives, cant be def broken, plus gain shield, but isnt there a better unit than tetra? i guess racuni is almost the same, and would need like -20% water one art and -10% crit dmg on the other art.. lulu doesnt really make sense right because units like mihyang, dark ciri, and eshir, all can strip the will
but isnt there anything better than tetra that can heal/cleanse/buff, like immunity/def/shield?
and wouldn't it make sense to have destory on both tractor/windy, have them be hybrid dmg/tank. guessing a lot of their dmg would be coming from additional dmg arts, and counting on the destroy/multihits to kill?
tractor builds vary depending what you are facing often rev is better than destroy as getting rev stuns is nice. But both offsets work really.
Tractor Windy Tetra is nice if you have good runes for it. But vs Dark-Ciri high dmg teams the Tetra is the weak link and if everything lands on her its rough. But in terms of sustain i dont think there is a better option for her sometimes.
Playing turn 2 vs the high dmg ciri teams is still annoying and im sure most teams are working on comps for tourney to try work out best turn 2 option vs these high dmg team with varied builds on def.

Yeah I'm just assuming high % is non swift
if bernard is skilled up from +30% atk bar to the (+45%?), doesnt that make a huge difference? I haven't skilled mine yet
