Yes, you can make marks on printGRIP, and you can reuse the backing paper that is on it to cover the printGRIP surface and align your screens as you can see the marks through the cover backing paper.
how many prints do you get out of Print Grip? i am using this on my neck print machines my people say in only last 6 minutes then they have to clean. i was told the Print Grip would las 4 hours till you have to clean the pallets. it's a great idea. i need to put out volume i can't be stopping every 6 minutes slows down production.. Do you have any ideas to make the Print Grip last longer. i did a time study they were correct it only lasts 6 minutes till they have to clean the pallet.
This product seems cool but I have some questions. 1. How often do you have to clean off the pallet to make it tacky again? I can imagine it would vary per garment but could you get 100 shirts before you need a cleaning? 2.would you suggest replacing my spray tack for this product for a 12 pallet press?
Yes, you can easily get 100 shirts. I recently did a 2 color print, 600 Gildan 5000 and didn't have to clear the lint the full run. I always suggest changing to printGRIP from any traditional adhesives as printGRIP out performs them.
We are interested in purchasing a press or a carousel. In Brazil, it is very difficult to have this equipment. We are very poor and the products are very expensive. I have a visual c
Where do you get the rubber mats? I don’t see them listed on your site or your distributor’s sites.
If you are referring to the Off Contact Stipes we do not carry them anymore unfortunately
How about for manual printing?
I use registration marks on my platens to align screens and shirts.
Is printgrip compatible with this?
