These are supposed to be 2 g watches,, 4g SIM cards are not supported.. that might be the case

The problem is not in de Sim card, but in the app I suspect. Does anyone has an app that is working?

Very bad quality. We just bought the blue one in same model from the seller in AliExpress. Definitely a cheater, no physical post address to return it to the seller. It's a just like a flea market fake one at 2dollars. Bad, very tricky.
