I would say the strangest occurrence of a part not being widely available in a certain color is the 1x6 tile in green. That part in that color was only introduced in 1 Racers set in 2009, and the set only had 3 of the part. I first learned about this a few months ago, and I was surprised because the 1x6 tile is a very common part and green is a very common color. It's so strange that LEGO hasn't used that part-color combination more.
Once this is finished, we will need a Stratotanker to refuel it Also, I do think the engine design is very satisfactory. Good luck with getting the parts for this amazing so far build!
He’s kinda underrated he spends who knows how much money on these fine models he’s been doin this for years he should get a degree in aviation engineering
I love the structures you build and the determination you have! I'm honestly impressed you have the time to do these, I might be able to do this with a tutorial for peice by peice and if I had about 6 months or more of spare time on my hands
Mr big planes, I appreciate you putting time and effort into your builds. I love watching them when you post a update. Your southwest 737 inspired me to build my own 737 out of legos, thanks for the content please keep it up
Thanks for sharing, also the comparization with the "old" B-52H you built a while ago. The rusult will for sure be awesome ;-) All the best, tiijaystone
The camo is amazing in my opinion this will end up being your best plane keep up the good work, also I know the struggles of waiting for the parts from LEGO
Yes, I too had to deal with the perils of Sand Green a few years back trying to build a PCC Streetcar in the Brooklyn, NY color scheme… (bottom half is Sand Green). Saw it on a trip to San Francisco running along the Embarcadero and just wanted to build it in Lego (IRL those are HUGE, it’s 8 studs wide, but like 50 long, and yes mini-figs sit inside… my favorite part was figuring out the stairs for the front door, this was challenging because while I did use the bi-level train base since it matched the distance between the bogies, the front and rear sections cantilever off of the ends of that by a good number of studs, and I had to figure out how to stabilize the half of the front that sits level with the rest of the floor, and the half that has to drop down several bricks in height and still match the look of the middle staircase as well. (The hard part was finding the right bricks to match all the curves on the roof as well as around the back in Sand Green because it slopes upwards and narrows slightly (like a boat-tail) before wrapping around under the back windows.)
Will the plane have a working bomb bay with a motor turning the rotary bomb bay(I believe the b-52 has this) and a hatch on the top to refill the bombs. This would be pretty cool if you did this.
Good job at the building dude! Great work! I'm sure it will be amazing when it's done! You're awsome! One question. After this plane can you build a KLM Airbus A330?
@@BigPlanesCustomLEGOaircraft No problem. My dad was a crew chief on B-52's during Viet Nam. I think I mentioned that he did, to you when you did the video of the first B-52 you made. He is now passed, but I am sure he would be very impressed with your builds. He is where I got my love of aircraft from and the reason I subscribed to you, for your love as well. Keep up the great work.
Hey, BigPlanes! Im a HUGE fan of soviet passenger planes, like the Tu-104,114,124,134,154 and the Il-62! I suppose that after the B-52 maybe you could make one of them?
@@BigPlanesCustomLEGOaircraft Perhaps, I guess that might happen. It really wont be good to waste so much time on a hard plane, like a Tu-154 just for it to get under 10k views...
This is a bit off topic but, do you have instructions for any of your 737 models? I think it would be cool if you released them, or at some sort of price.
@@BigPlanesCustomLEGOaircraft Oh Ok that's the Pratt And Whitney J57 p-29 Type of engines that the plane uses thank you so much for telling me that keep me updated in the next video but overall Good Video!

That’s what I said a combo of colors that are odd or rare
A Vietnam style display for this one would be great
Yep

Nice work on the progress! I always liked your builds!
Thanks!

Well, I am impressed that a car not only knows human speech, but that it can also read, write, and type on a computer.

I love lego models that includes big and small details, so it wasn't a miss that I found your channel! Absolute wonderful work!
I'm excited you're going to build an older -52!
This is true content. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent with the world!

Could you maybe do some timelapses would be really nice 👌
If not it’s okay I also like it like that
Keep up the great work 🔥🔥🔥
For sure!
The progress is great but what happened to your B-52H?
It’s in another room at the moment.
I love your vids! BigPlanes huge fan and I can wait till its finished.

I wish you make AN-124 (Volga dnepr)
Maybe replace the 8 turbojets, with 4 efficient turbofans to be uo to date on your B-52D
Looking cool so far!
Looks sooo good! The camo is really accurate and I absolutely love it! Keep up the good work! ;)

The next build is not planned to be an a330.
Oh ok
Could you build a b 45 tornado I think this would make a great addition next to your other models
Damn
The "Greblies" as you called them are not antenna, they are vortex spoilers on the top surface to help the air flow over the surface.
Thx for clarifying that

goodjob so far
You should build a c-17 globemaster next
the people need the AN-225
You should donate that to the National USAF Museum as well.
I'm dying to know how you got those shapes in the engine pods. Can you do a build video or just show it without the outside tiles?
Love this!!
Your videos are the best
Thanks!

I fear that there wouldn’t be much of a demand for them view wise. even the b-52 videos get low views compared to the passenger jets.

I want to see the TriStar. How good would that be!
