A few months ago at our St. Vincent de Paul bins, I found a stack of about ten used greeting cards in their envelopes from somebody's graduation in 2013. I am not sure why anyone would donate used cards, but I am glad that they did. I opened one of the cards to see if maybe the cards were vintage and inside of the card was two $25 gift cards, one for a clothing store and one for JoAnn fabric store. I quickly put the whole stack in my cart but when I got them home, the rest were empty. But I checked the gift cards online and they were both were worth full value. It was a pretty good find on something that nobody else seemed interested in looking at.
