So awesome to find a hairdryer video long enough that I don't have to loop it! Love that you let it blow on the microphone. Listening on a good pair of headphones I can almost feel the air. Some people may not get it, but for those of us that do it's truly amazing! Thank you!
Are you ready for this one.....when I was a kid,three or four,.....I used to make our cleaning lady push the front-lighted Hoover vacuum right at my head....I was flat on the rug and she pushed it right to my face..and then back and then again to my face and again back..over and over...the light ..the sound ..the warmth..the vibration..took me to a paradise I so needed .Turned off all feelings for mom and dad at age three...in my heart and head felt they loved older sister more than me.Things electric gave me peace and love ..warmth and constancy.The washing machine,the hair dryer,the vacuum or the fan fed me....indeed empowered me....and gave me a place to go..for rest and some good feelings...I sing the body electric!

I followed mom around the house when she was vacuum cleaning, positioned myself behind the vacuum where it blowed hot air and mostly of the times i fell asleep while she was cleaning. It triggered a nice feeling in my whole body and i always wanted to relax/sleep when i heard the sound. This is so amazing that there actually are more people with this kind of experience! I thought i was the only one that was weird at first..
I must say, that this is way better than the dozens of other white noise videos that I have tried, especially good with headphones, the noises wander throughout my head, amazing!
Ah, reminds me of primary school when my mom would wake up before us and wash her hair only to dry it shortly after. In the really cold days of winter, I would wake up to the sound of her drying her hair and hurry to the bathroom, sit on the toilet, and wait for her to blow air in my direction. I'd close my eyes and it would feel so warm in contrast to the biting cold air floating around in the house.
Reminds me of when my nana used to dry my hair in the morning after showering me when i was small. This sound will always bring comfort to me and remind me of my lovely nana!

I definitely do. When I was a child I would lay next to my Mom and she would blow the hair dryer on my face and I would fall asleep until she woke me up and took me to school. Ever since then the sound just relaxes me and I get the chills and warmth feelings all over. Lol, it sounds crazy I know.

Before school most of the mornings ( Only if my mom has work, or has to do something ) my mom dries her hair with her hair dryer, and I go in her room cuddle up beside her and fall asleep by the warmth and the noise, and if it's a cold day and my home is cold, I fall asleep faster, but then I think of school and ruin my sleep.😫
Daric LaRone that sucks, I don't ever wanna live alone, because I'm the person that takes things very far, if I hear a noise, I get terrified, so I could never live alone, I'll probably just move in with people or get a room mate, idk I'm weird, I can talk for days, it's kind of scary actually
Cool, I saw lots of asmr videos of people whispering but didn't really get this, however seeing this made me realize its something I have always been fond of. Something very relaxing about a hair dryer sound, makes me feel cosy, warm and safe, has faint memories of my mum drying my hair after a bath when i was a young child. Exactly, it sounds and feels like an actual hair dryer. Recording the sound with hair dryer in one position doesn't make a job, because after a while it is just a white noise. And btw, blowing dryer in your face and feeling that air in your ears... that's the stuff

I find it relaxing when drying my hair with a blow dryer, but listening to this upload just gives me anxiety. I think the feeling of the blown heat has a lot to do with the relaxing bit ^____^
I thought I was weird for loving the sound of blowdryers cause when I was younger I LOVED to just turn the blowdryer on and let the air blow on me it was so relaxing but my mum and dad thought I was weird for it so I stopped doing it then I found out that you can listen to it on UA-cam and this really helped me my parents stopped thinking i was weird but I still kinda am😅
You aren’t weird! My family tells me the exact same thing, but it’s one of the few things that helps with my anxiety, so I brush it off. Just because they don’t understand doesn’t mean you are weird:)
