The spiral cut potato is very popular street food in Korea and Taiwan. Their favorite flavors to dust/sprinkle is cheese and seaweed. All of the food looked so good! On my first trip it would be the fish sticks and the sweet potato waffle fries. The chicken sandwich would be a close second. Panko bread crumbs are amazing on anything being fried or oven baked.
