If no one has given you the name of the pine tree looking succulent it was quite possibly the miniature pine tree (aka the Crassula tetragona) which is a pine tree looking succulent. I was planning on being a zoologist or a vet but absolutely crashed and burned in my first year of college so I love seeing all of your videos.
One important thing to remember about the paleozoic, is that once per chain, when a trap card is activated while this card is in your GY: You can special summon this card as a normal monster (Aqua/Water/Level 2/ATK 1200/DEF 0). (This card is NOT treated as a trap.) If summoned this way, this card is unaffected by monster effects, also banish it when it leaves the field.
Fun random fact about Pennsylvania Anthracite: it used to sponsor radio shows. The Shadow was sponsored for most of its run by "Blue Coal" a brand of anthracite dyed blue to show it wasn't normal coal. There were Blue Coal ads before and after the episodes read by the cast or announcer. If you look up recordings of the Shadow, at bare minimum the Orson Welles and Bill Johnstone episodes will have Blue Coal ads.
There's the Paleozoic on the other side of the flat earth - like this one, but all the invertebrates tasted like chocolate, and all the reptiles got free wifi

Paleontologist: A worm. Person: What? Paleontologist: That's a worm. Person: These are just teeth! How can you even say it is a- Paleontologist: I SAID IT IS A WORM AND THAT'S ON PERIOD!
I discovered your channel like a week ago. I'm sure you get this all the time (I'm gonna say it anyway cause it's something I'd enjoy hearing a lot) but how excited you clearly are to talk about the subjects you choose is amazing. 10/10

This series is one of my go-to's for when I need something to fall asleep to. You have a great demeanor and a soothing voice and I love falling asleep to it.
This was such a great compilation! Seeing it all play out in order really makes you appreciate how dramatically different the world has been and likely will be.
This is fantastic, I needed this long form content from you!
Good timing! The Paleozoic Era is really taking off in the Yu-Gi-Oh community right now.
I’m pretty sure I just found my new favorite series of videos. This is such a cool and engaging format. Please never stop making these!!
BROOOOOOOOO I THOUGHT I LOST THIS VIDEO I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR IT FOR THE PAST WEEK SINCE I GOT IT IN MY RECOMMENDED i thought it got deleted from youtube or something I can't believe I had it open in a random tab this whole time I'm so excited to watch this video over the course of this week
Falling asleep to the video only to realize its 2 hours long. I love it.
A "that we know of" comp? It was only logical to have this. Don't know why I didn't expect it. Thanks Nicole 🥂
Time to watch them all again!
I cannot express how refreshing your videos are. It’s so nice to get this information in a more digestible and ultimately more memorable way. I’m currently in school to become a Zoologist and you’re a huge inspiration for me! Thank you for what you do!!!
i've been looking for a video like this for SO LONG, thank you!
Just started the video, but thank you so much. You're absolutely incredible ❤❤❤.
I've watched all these before but I'm going to use this as my sleep noise for the next week lol. Thanks!
Your humor and your mannerisms got me to sit through a 2-hour video. I have ADHD and that is very impressive. GOOD! 👏 JOB! 👏
Interestingly, Anthracite was also mined on the other side of the Atlantic.
Deep mines in Wales.
Love the consolidation of episodes into their era. Great format.
If this is the Paleozoic era that we know of, is there maybe a secret Paleozoic era that we don't know of?
My bad
There's the Paleozoic on the other side of the flat earth - like this one, but all the invertebrates tasted like chocolate, and all the reptiles got free wifi
@@williamchamberlain2263 How do I get to the other side of this flat earth?
@@Omniscient_AIopen a portal. Obviously
lol
I have never been so interested and still just WATCHING something for almost 3 straight hours before. Begging more more long ass video like this it’s amazing

It’s channels like these that make me still happy to use technology and the internet (in moderation now) because THIS is the kind of free, accessible, interesting knowledge that I can just sit down and learn :pp because a wonderful person out there like you, took the time to create this fun, engaging, and educational video 💛! So glad I found your channel :pp
I love that you do not talk in absolutes. It's very refreshing.
lindsay not knowing the word bramble is very funny to me (affectionate) i love blind spots
I can't wait for the series to be complete and the giant mega compilation of The Complete History Of Life On Earth (That We Know Of) that's probably gonna be like an 8-10 hour video
I need a shirt that says, "We don't have shit like Jaekolopterus nowadays!"
They don’t make em like this anymore…
I have been dreaming the phrase 'That we know of' for days. Thanks Lindsay!
I just discovered your channel (sub'd) and this is the first video of yours I watched. I've been up for 20 hours so I had to pause it after 25 minutes and add it to the "watch later" list... but before I head off to sleep, I just have to say that you have restored my faith in the future... and that there are young people out there who are going to save the world. As an old person, I'm comfortable leaving it to you!
You've very quickly climbed my list of "instant watch" channels.
Why’d it make me kind of sad when the trilobites died out :(
Because they were so cool.
Watching this while propping my iPad up with my Trilobite plushie
You came up on my fyp and I’m glad you did! I love the way you convey scientific info, thank you for the video and research! I appreciate it💕
I love that you put it all together.
Just stumbled on your video, my kids are gonna love this!
Subscribed 😁 keep up the good work!
Took my kids to the jurassic Coast (South of England) one summer and my kids found a couple of trilobite fossils and a lot of the cone shaped ones you was talking talking about also 😁
Missed opportunity to call them “shelletons”
I just think that paleontologists just call anything a worm until proven otherwise.
Paleontologist: I found a set of teeth!
Person: Wow that's amazing! I wish we knew who they come from!
Paleontologist: A worm.
Person: What?
Paleontologist: That's a worm.
Person: These are just teeth! How can you even say it is a-
Paleontologist: I SAID IT IS A WORM AND THAT'S ON PERIOD!
I discovered your channel like a week ago. I'm sure you get this all the time (I'm gonna say it anyway cause it's something I'd enjoy hearing a lot) but how excited you clearly are to talk about the subjects you choose is amazing. 10/10
I love your videos so much. I was honestly so stoked to see the 3 hour video. I could listen to you talk about paleontology forever
idk why you're yelling at me but i like it
One thing ive never considered when thinking about evolution is that plantlife also evolved, i always picture dinos walking by oak trees and shit but maybe they werent
well hello there paleozoic era, ive been waiting for you!
Idk if Lindsey or Gian chooses the lil memes to cut in but they are so funny and do such a good job of reeling me back in whatever my attention starts to drift. Fantastic video Lindsey thank you!
