I tried running this command on a Brocade ICX 7250-48P switch running SPS08030h, and it doesn't work. I get the message "TDR is not applicable to this port!". This is being run on interface 1/1/1.
That's true. The feature was added to the 7xxx series ICX in 8.0.40. Check the feature support matrix on my.brocade.com to check the hardware support for each feature. The feature was supported on the 6xxx series and the SX in 8.0.30 but did not reach the 7xxx until 8.0.40.
Why would I have a port showing as: Gi1/0/4 1000M Pair A 20 +/- 10 meters Pair B Normal Pair B 190 +/- 10 meters Pair A Normal Pair C 23 +/- 10 meters Pair C Normal Pair D 22 +/- 10 meters Pair D Normal
Very interesting feature, thank you for explanation.
For ICX7150-24P-4X10GR, I get No TDR data on port 1/1/11
Works fine on that model. Even if the port is not connected you will still see pair status as open.

Thank you for the quick reply!
when do u have multicast video?
I'm working on it. Should be done in the next few days.
Thanks! do u have your fb or twitter?
Why would I have a port showing as:
Gi1/0/4 1000M
Pair A 20 +/- 10 meters Pair B Normal
Pair B 190 +/- 10 meters Pair A Normal
Pair C 23 +/- 10 meters Pair C Normal
Pair D 22 +/- 10 meters Pair D Normal
That output does not look like it is from an ICX. Looks like a bad pair though.
