Yes thank you for recommendation Bjorn! I really enjoyed her story and experience. I’m going through something similar and it’s helpful to see others follow their passion and excitement ❤
This was so real, authentic and powerful. Thank you for your courage. I will play this video with my students this semester. I am a conscious education coach and guidance counselor of sorts, and your message will reach and enlighten many. You are amazing, you are a natural educator and many young people in your age range need to hear this! You are doing something far more powerful than being a medical doctor, being yourself!! ❤️🙏
Anastasia you are such a Gift! Your authenticity and truth are as healing as Nature. Know that your courage and vulnerability will take you to all kinds of magical places 💫 💗Thank you 🤗
I don't like high stress environments. Your comment is weird, though. High stress jobs require that education select for people who will survive pressurised situations. When the world does not conform to your preferences, why do you think the world needs to change?
Hello Anastasia ☺️ I'm Simon, an English chap living on a Scottish island. I am here via Bjorn's channel, he made a great choice telling people about you. You made me well up! I am extremely impressed with your mindset, strength, determination, maturity, life experience and knowledge at such a young age. It's almost as if you've already lived two lifetimes, you've been through so much so soon, it's a lot. Slow down a little though, just a little, you really don't want to burn yourself out. You have worked SO hard in such a short time and that is extremely commendable, be very proud of what you've achieved so far. It won't be for nothing, the life experience and the knowledge you've gained so far will do you well throughout life. The majority of young people can't be bothered with anything these days, you however have given your all and you've done so much already, you are more than enough, you are an amazing young woman, you are inspirational and an all round amazing person. Never give up on yourself, do what makes you feel good and makes you happy, it isn't being selfish, if your heart isn't in something then don't do it whatever it is, if it doesn't feel right, don't do it. Live your life for you, go a bit wild, throw caution into the wind, enjoy everything, go easy on yourself, explore the world if that's what you want to do, don't have any 'what if's' unanswered in your life, find out, regret nothing, every day in life is a school day not just actual school, enjoy all you see, touch, smell, feel, hear and taste. Like everyone else you will laugh, smile, cry, be happy and sad, life can be really really hard as you have already learnt and I think it's good that you've experienced some of that already even though it's not at all nice it is a valuable lesson to help you through the rest of your life. From all you have said it is more than clear that you are a hard working person, one that loves and cares passionately, you are extremely smart and so very very beautiful inside and out. They're are few people in this world that are genuine souls, I genuinely believe you are one of those few. I love that you love nature so much and appreciate the little things like a tiny plant growing through concrete, the way the sun shines though the trees which I find can be mesmerising, the way moss looks, transforms and softens things it grows on as well as the way it feels on your fingertips. I can relate hugely with the feeling of rejection when it comes to making friends and taking it personally, nobody has time these days or that's how they come across, that makes me think it must be me, it gets me down so I don't bother trying any more. It's a lonely and sad way to be but that's life I guess. I have subscribed to your channel and I shall watch your previous videos throughout the rest of the day. I wish you the very best life and that you will always be happy, loved and appreciated. Take care of yourself, you're a precious soul Anastasia. PS. It seems I've said a lot of stuff lol.
Hi Simon, Firstly thank you for taking the time to write out such a thoughtful message!! I also find it so exciting that you have tuned in from a Scottish Island and found me via Bjorn! I am so thankful he mentioned me too, it warms my heart that others enjoy the videos I am making as well!! Your words mean the world, this was a very hard video for me to make but I am so glad I did. I appreciate your advice and knowledge as well, it seems you have deeply reflected on these feelings. I resonate with your approach to life, I truly hope we both get the opportunity to seek adventure outside and within. I trust you've been able to live free and without 'what ifs' I hope to do the same! It makes me so happy you enjoy nature as well! Getting to experience the earth around us is such a blessing. I hope to continue sharing the joy of the outdoors with others like yourself, I find the videos I am able to capture do nature's grace more justice than a photo! Yes I agree community is a hard thing to foster sometimes, I have felt very similar to you. I do find much excitement in times like this. Never in my life did I think I would be able to chat with someone across seas like yourself! Thank you for subscribing and most importantly thank you for taking time out your day to spread love and care! I wish you all the best as well, I hope you are cared for in the same way you care for others! All the best, Anastasia :)
You made the best decision for yourself. To be a good doctor is a curse. The more extreme conditions your patients have, the more cursed your life is gonna be. My whole family in several generations consists of doctors or at least of people with medical education. I have observed this kitchen from behind and saw how it breaks people. If you care for the lives of the people you serve, you will treat them as if they are part of your family. Their problem is your problem. It is stressful, it is hard. You will observe how the most good, innocent and kind people suffer for nothing. And death will happen one day on your watch. Depending on what you do, she can be a frequent visitor. No one is ever ready for it. You can’t escape the guilt and thoughts like “What did I do wrong?”, “It was my fault”, or “I killed someone”. This is gonna eat you from inside out. This is hard. If you are a doctor, you are a doctor from day to night, whole year, whole life. There is no rest for you until the day you retire or die. It is not a job, it is a destiny. Perhaps one of the most difficult lifestyles in the world. This is only for freaks whose souls shout “I want to be a doctor and I’m ready to sacrifice my life for it”. From what I saw, only three types of people can survive this profession for long: 1. You are a “saint” (which means you always neglect your needs and put others over yourself) You won’t be happy, but you will be a good doctor. 2. You are a psychopath who doesn’t feel any emotion. It is a game for you, you play. 3. You have a fantastic and unbreakable sense of humour that keeps you going and also cheers up everyone around you in the darkest times Other people either become broken, or become indifferent to their patients and simply do it for money, or change job (or go into less stressful domains). My grandfather died at 48 (ICU, anaesthesiology), my mother had a stroke at 40 because of work stress (ICU, surgery then anaesthesiology), and my father-in-law died in his middle 40th because of work-related alcoholism (plastic surgery). People really romanticize this profession until it is too late. Fun can quickly turn into pain. Patients trust doctors with their lives, with the most sacred thing they have. There can not be more intense relationships between human beings than this. I am maybe presenting it a little darker than it is in reality, but just because people rarely talk about it. I’m really happy that my family talked me out of going to med school. I’m pretty sure you won’t regret this decision either.
Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I appreciate it so much. That is generations of wisdom and advice you have shared. I am so glad you are happy with the path you have chosen, I hope the same for myself. Thank you again, Anastasia :)
And because the doctors work in such hostile environment, and do not have the right/resources/time to take care of themselves - they treat patients with systemic thinking (ignoring the person in front of them). I do appreciate the doctors and nurses that spare the time and care for their patients but in my experience it is the majority of bad ones - that gaslight your pain. This solution is only good for few who have the luck of being cured by systemic thinking solution. For everyone else, it is bad for both sides. I really wish this could change. PS. I am not trying to attack even the bad doctors in my comment. I know now how to handle them now (if they ignore/gaslight) you, time to change your doctor but I no longer argue with them because I understand what they are going through (it is not easy for them too).
@@szellllest What you say is true. That is a great point that I forgot to mention. As doctor, it is your duty to provide an emotional comfort to patient (it significantly contributes to healing. For example if a patient in a bad mental state before surgery, chances that there will be complications and undesired outcomes multiply significantly). Yet a doctor may have a ten other patients with their depressions, anxieties, anger, distrust. It drains a doctor emotionally, like having 10 newborn babies to care about. Gaslighting and lack of care is just their defence mechanisms. Another reason not to become doctor if you are not ready for this :) The system is shit. I see your name has Eastern Europeanian roots, so I totally get you, the system is shit x2 times. It can only change with society. Doctors should be paid for maintaining health in community, not curing illnesses. But right now system is designed in a way that we wait until you have symptoms of something bad and then we cure just a symptom. There is no holistic approach (only in theory). There is no care for general health of population (only in words). What is your health is someone else's business. And business works like a business - main goal is money. And more illnesses generate more money. That is the problem. Of course there are good people who will find a loophole to make your treatment covered by insurance even if it is not or those who see beyond symptoms and actually approach the root cause. (Big surprise, but sometimes it is just a change of a lifestyle. So many illnesses, if not chronic, genetic or knife in a liver are originated from constant stress, lack of good sleep and bad diet). Changing doctor if they don't show you respect is the great advice. It maybe just a sign that currently the doctor have no energy or time for you. So no reason to stay with that doctor, because you would not get attention to your health as you deserve (there is a thing as Hippocratic Oath after all)
Beautiful story. I feel a lot of the same ways, but life’s got me down, like way way down. Maybe you’re right about admitting when you have no plan. That’s a difficult truth to tell anyone..especially those closest. Hmmm. Thank you for posting this and safe travels amiga 🎉
Thank you for you safe wishes, I don't know your story but I do know you are more powerful than you think. It has been hard to share but being honest in my feelings has lifted a weight off my shoulders I never thought was there. I am sending lots of love your way. I have faith you will find light and I wish you all the best. Thank you for your support!💕
Anastasia, I love watching you share your journey so openly. Gma always said to live life "vive un peu", take care of yourself, and appreciate the simple things, fresh air, movement, good food, and meaningful experiences over material things. And that's exactly what you're doing. She also believed in the "blue bird of happiness-a little sign that joy is always within reach. You're embracing life in such a beautiful way, and I know she'd be so proud of you, just like I am 💜💜💜
Thank you Anastasia for your honesty in sharing. I have subscribed and look forward to seeing further videos. You have inspired me to try and make changes in my life.
Thank you Linda, this means the world! I am so thankful for your support. It makes my heart so happy that this video had a positive impact on you! I hope you continue to have strength through those changes and wish you much happiness!!💖
Thank you for sharing your story and allowing the prospective of what following your heart means, even in moments when it seems questionable. Such an inspiring and bold thing to do! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!! SUCH A BRAVE AND BEAUTIFUL HUMAN YOU ARE, ALL AROUND 💜
Modern medicine is an industry (Have you noticed the sin?). True healing is to help each other to innerstand that the best doctor is YOURSELF. Spread your wings young healer, you are on the right track!
As a 28-year-old Moroccan citizen, deciding to quit the path of becoming a doctor is very difficult. The biggest challenge I will face is pressure from my family and friends, and I may have conflicts with my close family. They might think I am crazy or that something is wrong with me. However, I respect your decision because you did not find fulfillment in medical school, and in the end, you are responsible for your own choices. That said, I believe you should continue your medical studies while using your vacation time to travel, explore the world, hike, and have new experiences. Canada needs doctors like you, as every country depends on professionals such as doctors, engineers, teachers, lawyers, and judges for its development. People in Canada could benefit from your help, and the modern world would not exist without educated individuals. Also, think about the professionals we rely on during crises like wars, pandemics, and natural disasters.
Thank you so much for sharing! I can’t imagine how difficult that decision would be for you. I hope that you can be met with understanding and support. I think that is very wise advice! Perhaps one day things will change. It’s still a path that I have a lot of love for, maybe one day it will be possible!
Visit the northern of Sweden on your next European trip! We have a beautiful deep, wild forest and mountains. I have a feeling it's much like BC. Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
Hi!! This is so cool! I’d love to go to Sweden, I actually have it on my bucket list as I studied aboard in Denmark and met some really cool people who lived there! Thank you so much for tuning in and commenting!! I appreciate the support!!💖
@anastasia.ventures I lost my partner a couple of weeks ago and it seems you're living the kind of life she'd have loved. Just seeing you looking so young in that beautiful green place gave me a warm, hopeful feeling. It's a lovely sunny day here today and life feels sweet ❤
I'll continue to watch but so far I can tell you that anything working against curiosity and intelligence is cursed. Protect and keep your curiosity and purity. Best wishes for your future you brave young woman.
You are extremely blessed to have this level of self-awareness and enlightenment at 24!! If med-school didn't take you, it's clearly their loss. The universe has a different plan for you.
Yes I love the area so much! It’s so gorgeous! I live in British Columbia, but I frequently visit Washington and Oregon! The PNW as a whole is beautiful place to live!!!🙌
The question i would ask, with no offense meant. Was it YOUR dream or someone elses? At 24 you are still a baby! I had to take a few years off to do my own thing around that age. One day a bus passed that had a sign on it: "better late than never". I was like sh!t, thats true. I went back to school, got my business degree and started my own business. Dont be too hard on yourself. Sometimes we all have to redirect our course.
I like to think it was my dream, becoming a doctor and being in the medical field was something I wanted to do with every fiber of my being! But then again we never know how outside sources impact us! I love your story! Congratulations on being a business owner that’s awesome!! You are so right too, I don’t know what’s in store for me! I hope one day I can re-find that ‘aha’ path, like you!!✨🙏
A non- North American medical school could actually be quite good. You’d probably get a much more holistic perspective on health from both the curriculum and your classmates
Consider yourself lucky you got out when you're young. Imagine realizing you were on a path that led to nowhere much older. I say the universe spared you from a a path that wasnt meant for you. I think you're meant to be doing something else that will be more in alignment with your authentic self. The medical field is a shit show lol! Its not that great I'm in this field right now lol! Sometimes I ask myself if i would still be in it if money wasnt an issue. 😬 Keep going and don't give up on yourself. We all have our own path in life that the great spirit has for us. I'm planning on quitting my current job this summer with no plan either. 😂
Wow wild thank you for sharing!! I appreciate your insight!! I sure hope it will all work out as well! I wish you all the best wishes and luck for your new summer venture too!!
“The medical system doesn’t know what it is” -> can be said for so many things ( it knows how to make money though) You can find other ways to help people heal
People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things, looks that all means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors, you will never be happy because extern factors are endless. Thats why a lot of people buy stuff or look a certain way to create an illusion for the outside world out of emptyness......sad. Happyness starts inside you. The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, own benefits, hypocrites, sneakyness, hate, judgement, comparing, opinions etc.....reflection of their broken souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time to reflect and work on yourself in the here and now where the magic happens. No, not feeling superior or better then others but more be carefully and aware. Be the light in your own life.

Hi there!! Thank you for supporting!! That’s such an interesting and great topic! I’d love to work on a video directed towards that when I get home!! Sending best wishes your way!!
People forget that it’s not just that things come at a cost of money. Money comes at a cost too. Just *being rich* can be truly miserable if you earn your money in a way that makes your life miserable.
It's important for people to share ways to move beyond feeling unhappy, especially as we all watch political leaders take people's dreams away. Thanks for sharing.
@@ParteraQuisqueyana No it's not. That's a total sidestep. If you want to be a doctor, you study medicine at a medical school. I've got a degree in Cardiovascular Science. Doesn't make me any closer to becoming a doctor.
Having money isn't just about what's in your bank account-it's about how you manage it. Anastasia grew up understanding the value of hard work, budgeting, and making smart choices. She didn't spend on luxuries, thrift shopped, and worked hard to save for what mattered-like funding her own education. If that's the kind of financial responsibility you want to support, then by all means, subscribe!
Thank you for this very insightful and important video! We can all learn from your story. Keep doing what you do.
Thank you for recommending Bjorn. This young lady is so nice.

Modern medicine is an industry (Have you noticed the sin?). True healing is to help each other to innerstand that the best doctor is YOURSELF.
Spread your wings young healer, you are on the right track!
Thank you!! ☺️ 🙏
Nature heals ❤
Absolutely 🫶🏽
i like realism.
@@anastasia.ventures i wish you good luck
Thank you!!!
Good luck on ypur journey. Always choose righteousness. Always.
Thank you for your support!🙏✨
@anastasia.ventures I lost my partner a couple of weeks ago and it seems you're living the kind of life she'd have loved. Just seeing you looking so young in that beautiful green place gave me a warm, hopeful feeling. It's a lovely sunny day here today and life feels sweet ❤
Love it.
Thank you🙏✨
Go with thing that make's your life relax and easy anyway best of luck for your plans in life
Thank you🙏✨
Liked and subscribed. I’m curious to see what you have to say in future.
I'll continue to watch but so far I can tell you that anything working against curiosity and intelligence is cursed.
Protect and keep your curiosity and purity.
Best wishes for your future you brave young woman.
I absolutely will!! Thank you for your support!! 🙌🏽
You are extremely blessed to have this level of self-awareness and enlightenment at 24!! If med-school didn't take you, it's clearly their loss. The universe has a different plan for you.
Thank you Stuart for your kindness!! I sure hope so, I am looking forward to seeing where it takes me🙏✨
Agreed!
bruh i'm moving to wherever you are; everywhere you go is beautiful! guessing mostly oregon/washington?
I hope one day I can re-find that ‘aha’ path, like you!!✨🙏
I love this!
A non- North American medical school could actually be quite good. You’d probably get a much more holistic perspective on health from both the curriculum and your classmates
Yes this was definitely a possible path!
“The medical system doesn’t know what it is” -> can be said for so many things ( it knows how to make money though)
You can find other ways to help people heal
Thank you 🙏
The system is so broken!
I’m so proud of you! You’re so awesome and I’m so lucky to know you🩷🥹
Thank you!!! I love you!! Thank you for your support always💖💖💖
@@anastasia.ventures I love you bunches!!🥰

I'd love to see you explore your knowledge of neuroscience and some practical things that we can do to improve our brain function and health through natural means. I'd love to see you learn about the use of trees, plants, mosses, mushrooms etc for improving our health. I'd also love to see you explore what the impact of being a highly sensitive person has on our brain and life and your thoughts on how the highly sensitive person can live their best life.

Hi there!! Thank you for supporting!!
That’s such an interesting and great topic! I’d love to work on a video directed towards that when I get home!!
Sending best wishes your way!!
Crazy. You gave up being rich for this? I'd take being rich any day of the week.
Lol so fair, I get that! Rich means different things to everyone!!
Oh brother.🙄
Thank you for supporting, it means the world 🫶✨
Absolutely!
So you didn't even go to med school? Lmao that's like me quitting being a billionaire when I've got a few dollars in the bank.
You are completely correct!! I feel like the journey was more of a factor in play here than my end goal!
Thank you for watching & commenting!!☺️
She got a degree in neuroscience. That’s a big step on the way to medical school.
Winning the rat race, you get to be the first rat …
@@ParteraQuisqueyana No it's not. That's a total sidestep. If you want to be a doctor, you study medicine at a medical school. I've got a degree in Cardiovascular Science. Doesn't make me any closer to becoming a doctor.
@ It does get you a foot at the door for medical school.
