hey doctor jake goodman i’ve been watching your videos for a while now .i’m one of your younger followers and i just wanted to thank you for educating us more in mental health .i just lost a family member and going through grief is one of the hardest things i’ll ever be experiencing your videos are helping me have my chin up ,and i know this pain i feel now will probably not go away but i’m praying for the better again thank you for these amazing videos and making people feel better ❤️
Sorry for your loss. When someone close to us passes away the grief is hard. It does get better as time passes. My Dad died suddenly when I was a teenager. I was devasted. I had just started college. That yr was a blur. However in time it does get easier and you remember the good times together. I still miss him but the grief has passed and I just know I had a great Dad.
I always find it strange when people meet their partners at university, I met a string of narcissistic cheating 💩 s and, bitchy roommates and mostly selfish disloyal 💩 friends most of whom I don’t know anymore
Or parents can actualky do their job and teach children about life and how people have mental health instead kf kaking parents be parents we guve them excuses to be shitty parents by writing books for them that they never follow 😂
