For heroes that could counter Charlotte, you could pick either Biron, Lu Bu, and Xiang Yu. If you noticed, all of them are bruiser-type CL who could tank quite a bit while dishing out decent burst dmg+regen when she tried to go all-in to kill you, which increase your chance to turn the tables against her. As for general counterplay against her, you should never allow her to outfarm you. Play safely, shift your gameplan a bit and focus more on farming+scaling smoothly instead of the usual gameplan of "look for fights after unlocking ult". Keep in mind that Charlotte's main way to snowball out of control is through shutting down her lane opponent by counterattacking their initiations. Knowing that, avoid starting a duel against her before your hero hits their timing. Instead, wait patiently until SHE is the one who starts the 1v1 and react accordingly
I never doubt her dmg and carry potential, but the current meta in global is pretty hostile to Garo so her user has to work harder to be able to scale compared to most FL. For one, Mozi is so popular rn and he's just a bigger nuisance compared to other roamers due to his Skill 2's snipes that could easily screw up your dmg trade during laning. The other thing is the current trend for jungler is very bad for her since it's all about mobility + burst (the most common i've see being Lam, Lanling, and Wukong). Lastly, the latest new mids, Shi and Yixing, counter her pretty hard and they're still quite popular even after some times have passed after their release. With all that being said, things are looking good for Garo on the next patch IMO since she has good matchups against all the reworked heroes in Dian Wei (good luck reaching her with DW especially late game), Nuwa (short skill's range except for ult, so she'll get outpoked by Garo in most cases) and Luna (same as DW, perhaps even worse since Luna's early and mid game are pretty mediocre so it'll be harder to shut down Garo with her before it's too late)
I agree in global Garo is very weak in early game, I hate that when rando Garos will spam Skill 1 and use all her mana, Skill 2 requires good aim and enemies can easily dodge, and Ulti forces her to a limited area during team fights 😭 She's just useless against junglers
Late game is another story lmao. The ultimate is not just for standing in a place. You can cancel it for movement speed and you still get some of the effects.@@wayne9_9

I need four teammates for rank pushing. After reaching grandmaster I'll give honor pass for all of them. I love this game but I can't go along with random players and plus I don't have time to play except at night after my work I use to

Tbh even with brusiers you can struggle against her. Especially if she gets the early gold lead by just a small amount.
