I dont want to defend plarium for this, but the pay to win mechanic and the loot box things are now a common stuff in almost every video game out there
@@Suicide-is-an-option totally, but you have to admit it's a pretty messed up way to thank your players for keeping you relevant and in business for 5 years
@@droneguyty it is, but most players, including myself will not spend any dimme for a video game character (in this case for a legendary champion). There is no fun in a game where you defeat someone or something, because you purchased an artifact or a powerup or anything else! I still love the game tho :)
They are truly a one tune company

It would be cool if they added an auction house where you could sell buy and trade champions for silver or gems ect. Then they would probably sell a lot more gem and silver packs too tbh

They... Do give a monthly shard? Don't be inactive and you get your sacred. As for the chicken, that would be cool but wouldn't be added back

Swear to God, the fact that live Arena gives resources to improve PvE critical aspects is miserable.
the main fail is the fact that there is no matchmaking, i go against constant lvl 100 n im lvl 70...literally years of progression ahead

@@VR-gy3sf a system that applies to actually completing the related dungeons. So if you are doing 10+ or 20+ spider for instance, instead of going for accessories, you can select an option that changes you to going for “chitin”. Chitin gets turned in bulk in order to increase percent damage or res or health etc. like the current system. Thus the player has to balance getting accessories as opposed to making the encounters easier.
Noted all of this would be PvE for PvE not PvP for PvE. Meaning overall player focus would not be splitting champs and gear sets split for entirely different slices of content.
@@VR-gy3sf Secondarily this would open up a set of itemization possibly tuned for live arena specifically. Legit without its tie-in to dungeon, progression and ease, live arena is kind of ass.
Everyone joining is super tuned for PVP, and because there is little bot intervention, you can assume that, for the most part, the person playing against you is playing to win. This means that a casual interaction will be practically nonexistent. If you’re in arena, you are actively paying attention and are doing something to win otherwise, why be there?
Well, you’re there for the chance that you might get some medals, and then a year and a half later tap two buttons for +10% damage in some dungeon. That’s just depressing to think about, and even more depressing to play.

They added a counter while also introducing a new way to punish you. Such a good QoL update 😂
No decent quality of life improvements, another anniversary with events and tournaments with cake pictures. Cuz we all deserve some grind for our endless grind.

One of a very useful things to add is a little twerk in Summoning Portal Mercy System: Make "mercy counter" visible in "Mercy system" window/table. It would be nice to know how many shards ago we've got epic and legendary champions.
That is something to think about maybe. I suppose it is not much trouble for developers, but it could mean a lot to us.
Love how you didnt show cursed city mission, probably there will something like "clear all crused city rotations on hard"

I'm super excited and such. But I rally wish they would fix Tag Arena. I mean being stuck on Silver 2 for going on 4 years is a freaking nightmare. If it wasn't for Ramantu, I'd just stop doing it all together
I'm stuck on silver 4 I have went to bed green and one schmuck knock me out for the week. Gold 1 is all you need. Once you reach gold one there are no mores tier advancement. Once I get gold 1 I should blast through the rest of the missions.

@@Kalivath I've actually completed all of the missions for Ramantu except for the Tag Arena ones. Every time I get to Silver 3 I honestly get non stop ston skin, +4, and fully blessed teams that I just can't beat. I hate it so much. I don't even last a week and I get knocked back down to 2.

How long do we have to wait for a different set of token trader champs??? It has been 2 and a half years with the same champs. This was promoted as a way to meaningfully trade in dupe leggos and then completely ignored as soon as it was released.

@OwnLaneTre its so stupid. Just because someone plays a Mage in world of warcraft doesn't mean it's a good idea to put polymorph in raid. It'd be fine if it was such a long drawn out stupid looking thing. But 2 turns at 150 speed you pretty much miss and lose the whole fight.

Was really hoping live arena would have a sparring pit or invite people to battle.
If you build UDK very slow and put him in stone skin high resist (which is super easy to do since you dont need speed in the gear) he makes your team god dam immortal in the arena he is so busted broken his passive needs a total rework he already has a super strong kit
When will all of the “5”s be added in game? I expect there to be 5s everywhere!
Updated. Now I can't do any quests from the clan board. It keeps saying quest reset and should pick another quest, but I still can't get any of them. It went from 3 to none.
When will you make a normal hail arena? it's impossible to get into gold, or remove it from Ramantha quests.

Can you confirm if missions that require us to clear specific stages (particularly the Iron Twins missions) will be retroactive or at least running it on a higher stage than what is required will still count?

Nice of them to spend all that time on a battle tracker for a QoL improvement for arena when there’s a stat section within the great hall that already does that.
Look. Live arena reqs.. pass.. oh look.. live arena area upgrades.. pass.. either make live arena 24/7 or stop requiring it for pve rewards.. absolutely stupid update.
I love the live arena as it is. Except when opponents start the champion pick and leave their device/computer to let the game auto pick. I think it should boot the inactive people.

Polymorph and UDK making all the arenas way less enjoyable! Lots of players are avoiding RTA because of those issues.

please for the love of god, unlock all the missions on all tracks so when you get stuck somewhere (cough, cough, arena) you can still claim the rewards you have earned in other areas of the game. we still won't get the end reward champion unless we complete all of it so there isn't going to be a flood of people suddenly getting ramantu arbiter etc, just a few players getting the legendary books and other rewards they have already earned. i've been looking at the same legendary book for 2 years purely because of the state of 3v3 arena.

love the new heroes as always ... but at some point can you put some time into updating the older champions appearance and get them on par with these awesome new heroes?

Can we please have the ability to exchanged normal arena medals for live arena medals maybe 2-1 for those of us who are unable to do time-gated laggy content?
Locking pve bonuses behind live arena is rough especially if you have a life and are unable to farm live arena.
This almost makes me want to actually do live arena, but then I remember it relies on playing specific times, takes a lot of time, and has a 50% fail rate for most who do it meaning you're wasting half of the time it takes. Live is not as good as it could have been, particularly with players whose effectiveness is leagues apart being put in the same rank and directly fighting each other, resulting in many fights being a free win or a guaranteed loss. The matchmaking needs serious improvement, and being gated to certain times means a lot of people just can't play it

thats it? wheres the tavern update, marketplace, arena or time saving QOL features? how about instead of implementing new dogshit unfinished stuff you revist old dogshit unfinished stuff and update it so it feels like your playing a game in 2024 like watcher of realms. crazy idea but allow us to select 5-10 champs at a time and give each of them a brew, and then when theyre all level 20, 30, 40 allow us to upgrade 5-10 at a time by a ui that automatically gives us the correct star level to do so. man what a crazy idea huh.
anyway keep doing what youre doing raid, we regularily see 5-10 clan recruitment posts a day on reddit from the smallest to largest cluster/non cluster and every discord that allows clan recruitment is constantly looking for people because so many have quit lol.

Fix Tag Arena..... So many people are stuck on trying to get to Gold 1 mission..... Releasing new missions means nothing if we cannot complete the old ones..... Been stuck on that mission for over 18 months myself.

What difference do new missions make? The ability to get to gold in classic arena is impossible for anyone who neglected it in their early days in Raid. It is a roadblock that is nearly insurmountable for those who missed it earlier.
I well I know that what is on my improvement list won’t ever be on Plarium list, like always free gear removal, give champs multiple builds to select from (that does not cost a penny), give us the option to sell artifacts from the inbox, give us lot more artifact inventory space, auto complete hydra, free swapping of blessings, artifacts, masteries, oh and stop grabflation….., reduce Dungeon Divers insane thresholds, let us pull soul stones only for champions we actually have. Just to name a few.

Polymorph nerf? You buff them. Rebalance? Not good enough. Good collab? You actually screw every unlucky player with bad events. If you don’t fix the polymorph issue people will eventually quit, even those krakens and whales will.
The part of polymorph that makes me furious is... Even if they fix that evil thing for good, they will not stop giving free in-build sheep effect to pvp champions
Nerf Armanz... stun needs to be on a 4 turn cooldown at minimum and the skill lock outs are way too OP.
