I have one of these, had a really hard time with the transparancy. But finally figured it out, by myself, no help from the company. My transparancy was not dark enough, so I printed it again and used 2 transparancies and light did not show thru the image. Taped them together. Easy to cut images thru Cricut, but that is limited. Love my Yudu, makes such nice gifts.
Do you need specific tools from yudu? I have one as well. And don't have the supplies for it. Except for a screen with a print on it. And the machine and tools itself.
I think yudu is great for beginners. those who want to run a small not a big one T-shirt business from your home or make shirts for events etc. buying screen printers is not cheap plus the other supply's will cost you an arm and leg.
the yudu is cool..for a while.. I mean the only thing I dont like from it is that the fact that you always gotta put the shirt on the platten then take of shirt of the platten after a while it sucks especially if you running alot of shirts... Im only keeping it for the exportured light.. but I now upgraded into a ryonet 4 color press way better.. but love to the yudu ..it got me started..!! peace
For complex images, you really need a direct-to-garment printing machine. Screen printing is good for some things, but one would need to create an inordinate number of screens to properly replicate a photo. Also, most screen printing companies have a "minimum order" for good reason. One-offs are fairly easy with DTG systems, but not with screen printing.
you should be able to display better print-out on any fabric without yudu kits... that scruzer sounds irritating with lower capacity of pressing ink onto fabric
It's really funny how People attempt to make this look like an effortless project! In reallity the all of the steps that everyone is going to have problems with, are omitted. Trueth be told, this is a trial and error device, and if you have the erge to get this yudu, please note that you will need many, many, many emulsion sheets. There will numerous mess ups..
I have a REAL screen press and I have been screenprinting for 15 years. THIS is NOT impressive! It's a rip off! Well.. unless you don't care.. that is to say, you can't start a t-shirt company with this.
Are you able to re use screens?
Why do my print be smudged after a few shirts?
Can you tell me why do my image be smudge on shirt when I screen print?

If you are trying to make a home clothing company and want to make custom Tee-Shirts? For example, like a mini LRG. Will this work? Message back.
