    📍首先,貸款問題,其實也就是首付的問題, 通常加拿大5大銀行是能貸到你年薪的4倍,而有一些小銀行能多貸一些,但利息也相對較高。B Lander或者私人貸款的還會有額外的手續費。除了貸款之外,Down Payment也很關鍵,通常Down Payment是房價的20%-35%,如果符合一定條件的話,最少是5%的Down Payment。
