I'm on a mine site in Australia and even here they celebrate pride month with "coming out" and "inviting in". There is no escape from the pride police.
I really wish people could just work at work without all the pride stuff
In the past I've worked on a few mining sites around Oz and PNG (Isa, Cloncurry, Ok Tedi etc.) and can't imagine pride month being celebrated in any of these locations. Perhaps things have changed. Think I'll stay at home and celebrate my hetero-ness with my wife.

I have a hard enough time dealing with the concept of normal sex. You've got an organ meant for waste removal being inserted into a different organ meant for waste removal. But at least the female organ for waste removal has a cleansing mechanism for when its also used for birth (and isn't that just all kinds of 'wrong' right there? What was God thinking! 🤢 Even as a means of space conservation... but I digress)
Putting a wholly for waste removal organ entirely into someone's also wholly for waste removal organ is just disgusting. Where did people ever first get the idea that this was something to do? I can't even. 😵💫
