The made in China / inspected in Canada are not good quality . I've had 2 . Long story short , 1 got warranted and the replacement sold . Kiesel will actually make them good , no doubt ! Plus you can actually design it the way you want . The custom Dingwalls are 3x the price of a pretty supped up Kiesel .
Love the new A2 body shape. Acid green looks great. Kiesel is making the most innovative and interesting stuff in the industry. Man, that pink, purple, black swirl A2 looks amazing. Even better than the prototypes. I have a pink, purple Aeries swirl in the pipeline, and this makes me even more anxious to get it!
As I said you are the Picasso of guitar custom paint it makes a artist shine like a star and makes everyone show the world there best because you put your life's work into the creation of a players dream staring back at them nothing better than to feel great on stage playing a guitar that is mesmerizing to the whole performance Rock On Jeff and everyone else at Kiesel Guitars keep blending woods and colors into the creative tool that makes guitarists dreams come true to express the best way we can 😎💯❤️your passion shines through and reaches us all!!
The guitars look incredible!! The players are stellar. The double picking at the beginning was insane!! Love the model you showed right after the demo.
As a bass player these guitars are so amazing and bet!! Keisel basses have really grown on me the last year, I might have to have one some day I already build the one I want on the web site
OMG! I sold most of my guitars because I can't play anymore due to hand surgeries and I'm still tempted by this most beautiful Guitar! I've had 4 Kiesel's in the past but this guitar is just spectacular!
I don’t know why my comments didn’t post and I was hyping this up on my channel, and they just had to test a pink A2 with pink inlays, and I’m endorsed by another company who built me a Pink signature model. I always said the only Kiesel I ever liked more is that 6 string Kissel A2 I just witnessed is the Jason Becker model, which Kiesel was so respectful to hold off until his guitar was seen at NAMM, class act company! Keep up the great work, and think you’ve set the standard for serious road worthy metal instruments at an attainable price point that are so classy looking, look out Ding Wall and Viger in Europe!
Justin is the friggin mannn! Only thing I'd point out is with the placement of the jack I can almost garuntee my wireless will fall out from rubbing on my body while on stage. Dig the shape, though.
I’m gonna be honest, I don’t own any Kiesel, and I even never played any. Yet, my favorite guitars are PRS and Fender Strats… but if I had to pick a 3rd favorite brand, it would be Kiesel, because I really like everything he shows and all options we can get to have a custom made guitar at a more reasonable price than a Custom Shop or Private Stock.
Hey, Jeff! I like the new Aries 2! I’ve got one of the original ones-Purple Arctic, white back, three Lithium single-coils. I like the look of that, but the new one looks good too. And I’m not a metal player at all-the closest I got to metal was playing Cream and Hendrix in the late ‘60s. Gigging in the 2000s I played more country, blues, jazz, and R&B than anything else, and the Aries covers all of that. But the new one’s cool!
Let’s establish right now, if you don’t like the A2 you need to check yourself in to an institution. Gosh that trans white model was nothing short of stunning 🔥 that needs to be featured on Insta. Thanks team! ❤
It's 2023 and disappointing that the company doesn't recess the tremolo back plate into the body as is the the case with the control plate. It's a shame such a well-designed instrument from the front is lessened by a rear design choice Fender started in the '50s, especially since so many other builders have adopted this more streamlined and classy appearance by recessing both plates.
The A2 has good improvements. Especially the lower horn turned away from the body leaving more room for the hand to play the higher notes. However, I don’t believe the upper horn needs to be made longer in order to balance the guitar. About the 24th fret access I see no difference. The jack input at the back is a good idea. But what is better, cable facing downwards or upwards like in this A2, and why is one better than the other? I myself am currently re-shaping body, neck and headstock of my old second hand DC700. The original shape and seizes are simply too big. Also the D-profile neck is not comfortable for a 7-string. The shoulders get in the way. C-profile would give more grip and control.
@@KieselGuitarsTV Thanks for the reply and thanks for making that. I've been looking for multiscale with that option since I don't wanna risk no sound in the middle of a gig if I forget to change/recharge the batteries.
Strandberg owner here. Personally, barring chords on a fanned fret neck is easier than on a straight scale neck. I just feel like I have more room to put my fingers where I want them
Absolutely. The only small caveat is some already stretchy chords on the first fret are slightly more stretchy, but it is very minor and only playing on the lowest frets. But other than that I would agree with Dustin, chords are easier on MS. I have six multiscale Kiesels and love them.
"so much innovation went into this" -its literally just a direct rip off of a dingwall. same pickup configuration, same preamp, same scale lengths, same body shape even. sure, i guess.
That's what I thought too. At least you can get those key features now on an instrument that's both cheaper (import models nonwithstanding) depending on how you build it in the builder and has features Dingwall lacks (stainless steel frets and neck reinforcement for example). I say it's a step in the right direction.
@@14fluffies im surprised recently the import models are now starting to be $2.5K base. I was looking at 6 strings and they’re almost $3K. While it’s apparent this model is a direct inspiration of the dingwalls, I think they are more accessible and have pretty nice specs. I hope they sell well and push dingwall to lower some prices.
@@Sierra-xi2ty I have some builds made on the builder that are between 2600 and 2700 for 6 string but it's definitely possible to slim it down to under 2500.
Glad to see Dingwall is going to be getting some good competition. Hopefully it makes Kiesel and Dingwall make even better products and innovations.

I'm digging this. Might have to get another Kiesel sooner then expected. Glad to see the neck pickup delete option as well.

yeah Aries is back and it is a more beautiful Dingwall!!!
These A2s are incredible
Damn, these look amazing!!!
Very nice! It looks like a cross between the Aries and the Vanquish.
Beautiful design 👌
Top notch job team 🖤
Props to Phil when you mentioned the “nerdy things” while you showed the handshake at the heel.
I ordered an A2 because I play guitar. But, Jesus that bass tone is bonkers. It makes me wanna play bass.
A great new addition to the Aries line. I can see myself ordering an A2 soon. I like the smaller body and look.
Wow... can't afford one but it's a new dream guitar.
that is some wicked bass tapping!!
wow, that trans-white finish is stunning!
Una says Damnnnnnnn😳🙌The new Aries bass is siiiick!
Those are amazing great job
Looking forward to more videos and reviews on the multi scale bass
Damn that demo song from Scott and Justin was probably the best one they've done.

Ben Jones bass!!!! Wahoo!
You might have to send @Andrew Baena one of those green crackles. It looks sick!!

What is the string spacing at the bridge saddles, for 5-, and 6-string bass multiscale? Thanks in advance, for the help.
These guitars and especially the basses are the next level in design and sound. Thank God for Jeff Kiesel, his excitement is contagious.
Says 1.69 on website thanks for a 1 11/16" nut width!
What type of fretboard wood is that on the buckeye top 7 string at 19:03?
Would a headless A2 be a thing in the future? Also, are there going to be more 7 string basses?
Acid green crackle let’s go
Does the active/passive knob on the bass mean you can still play it if both batteries run low?
Yep!

Is there a way to order a set of those new pickups?
One thing I'll never understand is why you'd only want a bridge pickup in your guitar
Why Bolton only?
Haha kalium strings...might should have a backup plan
Can you just as easily play chords on a fanned fret guitar ?

Sorry but that Fender jack plate is super ugly! Not suitable at all for these beautiful instruments!
Pretty boring… after NAMM all giant guitar makers will eat you up
I guess it’s a good thing they arent directly competing with giant manufacturers.
Holy shite!!! I need a new bass 5!!
I'm sure the price reflects the excellence..lol
