- - season the turkey necks with seasoning of choice
- lightly batter the turkey necks with 2 cups of flour to 1cup of starch
- fried 3-5 minutes to make a slight crust coating
- make gravy with flour and oil on low medium heat stirring constantly until bark brown.. please don't burn it.
- add chicken stock or water until required thickness
- add minced garlic, onion and bell pepper
- add one can of cream of mushroom
- place turkey necks inside of gravy and smother the turkey necks until they are done 💯💯
Looks delicious and state sake will be making them on Sunday 🥰
