I saw this as a pattern on Etsy a few years ago and just the pattern was $5. I was so intrigued by the design and had no clue as to figure out how to make it, so I bought the pattern.
The person selling it called it a Clam Pouch.
I started making them to sell on my vendor table and made three sizes. The smallest one was the biggest seller and I called it a change purse and put a claw clip on the end so it could be attached to the hardware of a purse.
I’m not doing my vending business now but I’m looking for designs to make that I can add to my inventory and I want to get back to it next year.
Right now I’m working as a cashier at a thrift store and enjoy talking to the people who shop there.
